Sorry for my verbal vomitting, and I started getting down on my luck (help from ihub posters on THRA did that) so I sent an email on Tuesday to management:

To Whom It May Concern:
 
As a shareholder since August of 2011 I have been given great updates from the company, but as of late (Dec 7, 2011 to be exact) I haven't received any updates about the company.  I have read that my shares are 'locked' and with the company now being at a no bid I am a bit concerned from the silence of the company.  A new TA was supposed to have been acquired in January of this year along with a new Ticker name to better represent the company.  No news is bad news.  Please update not just me as a shareholder, but the shareholders in general.  Even if the outlook is bleak I feel it would be in the right if we, the shareholders, were given proper information as to what is exactly happening to the company that we invested our hard earn money in to.

Dear Investor,

Currently we have nothing new to report hopefully we have something in the near future. We're working on 1- DTCC issues, 2- Extension of Option contract and 2012 work commitment extension on property, 3- New TA, 4- Q4 and 5- Website update. Items 1 & 2 are extremely important to the survival of THRA. We will continue to work on all fronts and will exhaust all resources to succeed on these matters.
The name change and new TA has been put on hold as a result of the lawyers requiring information and the current TA is very familiar with our records.
