CHANGE IN WULFF GROUP’S EXECUTIVE BOARD

Wulff Group CEO Heikki Vienola nominated as CEO of Wulff Ltd

Heikki Vienola has been nominated as CEO of Wulff Ltd starting October 1, 2014. He also continues as Wulff Group CEO. CEO of Wulff Ltd and a member of Group’s Executive Board Sami Asikainen resigns from Wulff Group.

Members of Wulff Group Plc’s Executive Board are Group CEO and Chairman of the Group Executive Board Heikki Vienola, Wulff Supplies Ab’s CEO Trond Fikseaunet, Director of Direct Sales Division Veijo Åkerfalk, Group CFO Samu Vuorio and Group Communications and Marketing Director Tarja Törmänen.
