Well according to some people, he would show up on an "old school" RADAR.
Chabaan is already planning an evacuation route when this all falls apart. He's 2 months ahead of everybody else.
first class or two coach seats?
Depends what price you bought in at.
Let me get this straight. You know for a fact that Bill is part of a scam and is planning an "evacuation route" as you put it. I think this is ridiculous. The guy lives in Lakeshore. You really think he is going to shit on his neighbors, screw all the shareholders and then ride into the sunset. Sounds very sketchy to me. I guess anything is plausible but this seems out of a bad "B" movie. Wouldn't it have made more sense for Bill to buy a building somewhere away from home and setup the bare minimum if he wanted to pump the stock. He has gone to a lot of trouble so far. It still feels right to me. I'm not buying it.
I don't like this Matt Finston guy trying to instill doubts into our heads.
Did you see the original pic of that Form 144 that he posted before it was removed? Did you see who the trade was going through?
The name, the phone number of the broker was there and everything.
If you looked them up, you'd see they're legit.
Chabaan has sold shares again.
Checkmate!
I'm not Missy. I agree that Bill did find somebody to put up the money to finance his stock-selling scheme, and yes, he is doing OK. Can't say the same for the retail stockbuyers, though.
The bottom line is do you think Bill deserves a 5 million dollar salary for all he's accomplished?
We are not even taking into account all the others who have mega millions at .001..... ATM at the stuckholders expense? Si, Oui, Da, Ya Hey 'Dere........ Yes.
See the liquidity,
be the liquidity.
be the liquidity danny.....
nuh nuhnuhnuhnun.....
T-shirts on bruised and reduced clearance!!!
Are you claiming that Bill was part of a criminal act regarding FITX?
Why does that sound like a ridiculous idea? As if an OTC CEO can't possibly be a criminal?
Chabaan is already planning an evacuation route when this all falls apart. He's 2 months ahead of everybody else.
The clock is ticking. This madness will eventually end.
Why does it say on that form that Bill C. is still Chairman of the board when we had a press release state that John G was the new chairman of the board effective immediately?
Somebody is lying. I'm just not sure who. I don't like this Matt Finston guy trying to instill doubts into our heads.
Can you post a link to these facts. I'm sure he has sold shares since he said that he wanted to pay himself back for money lent to the company and to live. I see that as reasonable. I have no idea to what extent that he has sold shares. With the SEC breathing down every MJ company he wouldn't be too smart to sell too many shares since it could be seen as a pump and dump. Are you claiming that Bill was part of a criminal act regarding FITX?
This company does not file with the SEC therefore you will not find a typical 144 filing that you would on EDGAR.
Brokers, and people who pay for their services are the only ones who see the back door pinky 4's..
since investorpoint dropped their coverage on insider moves I've been searching for another free place....
Billy unloading 50 milly plus since the bull run....
Priceless.....

Also, just because someone files to sell shares doesn't mean they will sell the shares.
Every time he has filed he has sold... that is a fact.
Missy
Or the application was signed by Billjim Chaabanshaban...
If these guys were chefs, they could start a pot of water on fire.
And they want to be my weed salesman?
I only know for sure, according to the SEC website, that form 144 is made public. I couldn't find that form. If it was in the SEC system you can bet that the army of FITX critics would have it posted. I still think that there is too much here to be a scam. My friend was telling me that his dad bought a penny stock years ago and it went to 43.00. Certainly not typical and I'm not suggesting that this stock will do the same but this company could build a small empire and maybe get us to a dollar or more. It isn't going to happen overnight. I would say that investors will be very antsy - if something major doesn't happen in the next 3-4 months.
Absolutely, if all the shares he filed for got filled then he has paid himself a salary almost in the millions if I'm not mistaken! All while the company itself has yet to see a profitable year.
That is not the way to run a business. he's being a cash suck. and damaging shareholders in the process.
Did you listen to his last speech about the liquidity of FITX? I was offended by that with him belting off random statistics that are meaningless to the future of the stock itself. Just because the market absorbed al those shares during the marijuana rush of 2014 doesn't mean they'll do so again. We've been having mostly 6 million to 10 million volume days as of late. Extremely hard to get filled at any price point. He doesn't know what he's talking about when he calls FITX a liquid stock. because as of lately it has not been and likely won't see that kind of liquidity again until the next big Economic push comes.
Most likely in the form of legalization on a federal level. or a prominent state such as California going recreational. So perhaps the runs are all done for a few years.
Unless we do get our license
Stock Steward,
Good question. I don't know. Any experts out there>
Does the filing amendment of notice get published just like the form 144 does? because then we can look up if Bill has amended any of his sales or not sold anything.
Has he?
FROM SEC SITE ON RULE 144
5. Filing a Notice of Proposed Sale With the SEC. If you are an affiliate, you must file a notice with the SEC on Form 144 if the sale involves more than 5,000 shares or the aggregate dollar amount is greater than $50,000 in any three-month period. The sale must take place within three months of filing the notice and, if the securities have not been sold, you must file an amended notice.
The site clearly says that "The sale must take place within three months of filing the notice..."
So, let's not waste any more time debating that point.
So where is the link? I checked the SEC site too.
