You know the old saying, "follow the money" right?
Google how much Warren Buffett has invested in the railroads.
Here's a quote from the man himself:
“All of the rails have done well recently…As long as more goods move from place to place in this country, rails are going to get their share and it should be a very profitable business.”
That was mr norton, at the time he didn't have all specifics (this is 3 or 4 weeks ago)
But said to the best of his knowledge it WOULD NOT effect shares
Matt used to be Vice President at mccay
Wow mike, didn't realize how big this could be!
PTAH
Solid company here for a Pink Sheet. Amazing how they been under the radar for so long. They reported over $4,000,000 in revs with over $500,000 in GP last year in their March 10-K and the stock hardly traded!
Getting noticed. Too good to pass up.
Gotta love this PTAH attention.
PTAH - i'm sure he meant to say. 'didn't think that the funding would effect o/s or a/s'
I understand your concern. And with that being said, PTAH has never done a R/S.
But lets say they file for more shares. I really don't think they will, but hypothetically speaking, lets say what if our A/S is doubled. We would still only have 3.6 billion shares.
We are potentially on track to report over $6,000,000 this year in revenues, and pending updates, maybe much, much more. At .0005 a share and a hypothetical A/S of 3.6 bil shares, we are still at a deep bargain share price to buy in at.
Awesome, very intrigued to see how this week starts off ~

PTAH - #1 on the break out boards, #17 on the most read!
The key statement in that PR IMO is... "ATL will acquire over-the-road freight brokers and intermodal rail brokers that will accelerate the growth of the company and enable the development of enough freight volume to negotiate and hold direct railroad contracts."
That is absolutely huge. Does anyone here know who invested $34 billion in railroads in 2009?
Didn't think?
Yes it is, its almost midnight where Im at and just threw on another pot of coffee lol
good stuff mike4859..fun peeling back all the layers!
A million ? Isn't that kind of chump
change ?
A million ?
Isn't th
I know ATL is based in Chicago and TransCold just opened a new facility there. http://www.thepacker.com/fruit-vegetable-news...43411.html
PTAH also mentioned that ATL proposed to open an office in L.A. and Jason Spafford stated "No other company is operating a boxcar unit train between California and the Midwest currently..."
And that intermodal rail transport is the most common used now.
Also the VP of McKay is Mr. Jason Spafford, Mr. Matt Spafford is president of our Eggspress.
Chicago is a huge hub and has a billion tons of freight worth more than $3 trillion that moves through their region annually.
I can see why PTAH chose ATL in Chicago.
