I don't Think It's an Option for Calkin to fail.
The Man still has long hair, it's rather he will or won't but which is of most for overall well beings.
Being a Hippee from the start the man has a clear view of the past
and has Vision for the Future.
I think we are witnessing the hukkelbuger of Maryjane.

Nothing will happen this week or the next few for that matter. Price will stay in the low $0.01's for a while and thus form a new solid base. Nothing wrong with that. Those looking to make a quick buck should really just move along. This is a long term investment and NOT a long term trade. Imagine if in 5 years from now PPS is $2 which is quite possible. That would mean a return of 2/0.0115 = 174 or per year that would be 174/5 = 34.7 bags. That's a 34.7 bagger per year. If you think you can do better elsewhere then go ahead.

I don't know why anyone wouldn't throw a few dollars at this sector if they were interested which, as you aptly say, is in its infancy. The multi billions are up for grabs at this point and it is far too early to tell who will lead the pack. I'd say Calkin has as good a chance as any to become successful with GRCU.
All Hemp All CBD All Botanical etc... I get where that is going but does any one have any thoughts on where All cannabis is going? I do.
Mr. Calkin is friends with other CEO's and with the proper channels will get this in the top of the sector.
Several good points about GRCU tonight and a few good ones about the merits, or even lack thereof to stick around. A few think it's going up, a few think it's going down. My best advice to anyone would be to stick around a good long while and find out for yourself. Good luck this week.

That's absolutely false. Those notes recently issued are 7 1/2% and 5% per annum loans. Not convertible.

Revenue for the quarter was $19,779.
I love the posts about a 1 billion share buyback program - what are they buying the shares back with - will they sell more convertible notes?
During the quarter ended June 30, 2014, the Company issued 2,537,500 shares of common stock to certain officers and directors of the Company.
Net cash provided by financing activities - $107,942
And $106,742 was from the sales of convertible notes.

Management is underwhelming at the very least.

This is industry has also never been attempted in a public market place...so comparing GRCU to past business sectors is fruitless and has no bearing.
MMJ market is a billion dollar market in its infancy and GRCU doing things right about to release 29 potential products WOW.
