I was thinking the same thing about Elites sell price until I remembered that the $2.10 valuation was before the extra shares were authorized !!! I personally would not want anything less than $4.00-$5.00 per share NOW ..... As time passes and trials are successful, the price goes UP ...

And usually there is a pump too which I never saw anywhere but there were numerous slanderous articles written by Hotstocked out of Bulgaria. Pretty much anyone can pay them to bash a company. Not surprising really is it?
I own more shares now than I ever have before. I think that speaks volumes on what I believe is going on here.
No one will give me student loans either...

You are obviously correct but doubt there is too much short here....More like accumulation
I see the usual IHUB manipulation games going on here. Anyone curious about this company just listen to the CC tomorrow. Last PR has the call in info.
The company told you they have enough cash for now and the mc is very low.
They will file NDA end of year and partner...or go Malone on fewer drugs. Seems that is the direction the BOD wants to go here. Makes sense.
733 million shares issued and daily volume between 1 to 2 million. To me that low volume tells me there are a ton of longs out there and a perfect stock to manipulate. However it will be fun to watch the manipulators get burned when a buyout comes and they are trying to cover their shorts and the rest of their clothes as well lol.
They would be wise to continue to fund raise at this level... Why risk a lower level and then have to dilute their own hundreds of millions of shares even more? IMO, any time they can raise 1 million dollars for 3 million shares... why not, at this point... Get what they need to fund the studies to completion until hopefully a partner will step up, or they can launch ART #1 on their own...
If the stock were to fall into the .20's again, it could cause a selling wave, which could take it down to low .20's again and increase the dilution immensely... JMO... GLTA
