SERIES E PREFERRED were increased from 60M to 100M and the conversion rate changed from 1-1 to 15-1.
The total of the Series E shares converted is 100,000,000 times 15 equals 1.5BILLION shares.
Add the current 750 A/S and that is OVER 2 BILLION SHARES of common stock.
The A/S will be increased soon as they are out of compliance with the SEC and the DTCC.
WSRA has the right to sell their Series E shares at any time and there are no restrictions on converting except there are not enough A/S shares to cover the conversions.
