As I said, those statments have been in the filings since inception. I read the filings. Did you read where they said there would be dilution? Not sure why it should be such a surprise now. Did you know that every single company dilutes to raise funds? So, every company is a diluting pig.
It's been in the works for years
Hasn't been two years yet so, it's not years. PPA still in play! More contracts to come!! Startup company reducing debt!!!
The PPA is still alive and there are new American contracts coming in Sept. I personally was on the conference call and I personally asked Quiros what the chances are for a PPA considering the new political election results. He stated that he still feels good about it because their ( STLK ) proposal is about 5 cents cheaper than every company that has submitted a proposal. He also stated that there is a major need for more electricity. So much so that people making rice cannot get electricity for their rice machines. And also stated the Government is loosing cash because they cannot produce electric cheap enough compared to the actual cost that they are able to charge....He went on to mention much more but this is a small part of his answer to my question. He sounded very confident and honest. He did not try to spin a web. He stated that it is a blow not to get the PPA done as quickly as hoped but like I said he also stated NEW CONTRACTS ARE COMING IN SEPT!!!!! STLK!!!!
Nope. They don't print anything either. Please post a link that says they are in the printing business. More misleading information!!

That's not what I asked you. I asked you if you are crystal clear on what the company said about the ongoing and continued dilution??
How many companies try to sell unicorns
None. Again, they don't exist. STLK has never claimed to have unicorns for sale so, not sure where you got that info.

Seems like the only reason the share priced lost steam on Friday is because of the big sell by a shareholder. Not a company dump of shares.

If you have something that shows a signed PPA despite the company saying as of Friday there isn't then please do share.

Unicorns don't exist so that would be unrealistic, disingenious, misleading information about STLK. STLK is not in the business of selling unicorns.
