STLK announces MASS DILUTION will continue despite what shareholders want>>>>>>>
Dilution/ Price per Share The Board has reviewed the ongoing 3(a)10 process. As publicly disclosed through an 8-K filing and the subsequent SEC filings, the Company undertook this process to pay down approximately $500,000 of debt. The Company’s legal counsel and auditors are included in that debt, which has allowed us to maintain full reporting to the SEC. This 3(a)10 process is underway and will continue till the debt has been paid in full. While this price pressure is uncomfortable, it is necessary to ensure the Company’s viability. The Board believes that the expected revenues and progress with PSS should assist with this pressure, more so when the process is completed

That's exactly what was said before the dilution started....the sp was .01-.02 at the time.

STLK .0012 support was destroyed on Friday.....any selling and this little piggy will be in the trips.

Who is paying the debt off for the company?
9.99% is a very small amount with the share structure.
In the interim, pay off the debt as they mentioned.
Anyone that want to buy before the next conversion should get in this coming week......if they like to lose money that is.

Not if it heads lower on dilution, correct? You did read the filing that clearly stated dilution will not end until the debt is paid off , didn't you?
