The value of Elite goes up exponentially with every study filling launch.
Multiple potential partners are approaching ELTP and are waiting on trial results. CEO wants to license ART "after studies and trials completed" making it worth much more due to the steep accretion curve in the pharma field ie. the value goes up exponentially as studies are completed
I agree but the doubts are increasing and the PPS is decreasing.
What's your point? Everyone on this board is waiting for the buyout so who cares if the stock skyrockets tomorrow, this week, or next month.
Only an idiot would pay short term capital gains tax.
So it would be a terrible decision to make some profit for shareholders at this time? That is why the PPS is tanking.

It appears the next run is imminent.
This holds true for people who trade ELTP. It's a different story when you are investing and accumulating shares that are undervalued.

Doesn't change the market cap of the company.
Doesn't change the amount of money I have in the stock.
Doesn't change the fundamentals of the company.
