It's pretty obvious ...
having been in the market, especially OTC, for several years that a whole bunch of lying is going on here at the Lehman board and it isn't from hestheman, cotton, robigus, etc.
The only reasons the bashing from VeryBad, PusBus and others is going on is for obvious (to me) reasons:
1. Somebody shorted these Lehman stocks at too low a price and are either trying to recover or make money.
2. Somebody is bid sitting and trying to get others to sell low.
Anyone posting on this board about bringing truth to light to save investors or caring about others not getting ripped off is a liar, plain and simple. You are FOS!
I have been reading every message on this board for 4+ years now and the bashing is getting more intense. This means we are getting nearer to some kind of payoff. Hang in there investors. Almost there.

Class 1 and Class 2 received 100% of their claim. The language in the plan says they will be PAID IN FULL.
MODIFIED THIRD AMENDED JOINT CHAPTER 11 PLAN
"each holder of an Allowed Claim in LBHI Class 1 shall be paid by LBHI in Cash in full"
"each holder of an Allowed Claim in LBHI Class 2 shall be satisfied by, at the option of LBHI: (i) payment in Cash by LBHI in full on the later of the Effective Date and the date such Claim becomes Allowed, or as soon thereafter as is practicable"
All of the other classes say "Pro Rata Share" except Class 6 which pays a percentage of each of their individual claims (6A claimants get 26% of their individual claim and 6B gets 17%) for a "Full and Complete Satisfaction" of their claim.
Class 10B says that when Classes 3 - 5 are SATISFIED IN FULL then Class 10B gets its Pro Rata Share too.
