No one ever said there was a COURT ISSUED Gag Order.
Everyone who has responded to your ridiculous statements has 100% stated that you are an immature idiot for making the statements and even more of a moron for calling the FAA and asking them about it.
As a matter of FACT, the only 2 people who agree with you are starchaser - our resident, deceptive, sneaky little sleaze bag day trader who tries to twist things so that people dump stock that he can buy up real cheap (just ask Papa Nasty who caught starchaser using the double alias "GoBaltiaGo" in order to sift off valuable information from our Private Board)......and of course Princess Skr......who only agrees with you 25% and only because she feels sympathy towards the mentally handicapped.
For the last time....FAA Gag Order is a term I created to express my dissatisfaction with Baltia never telling its shareholders what is going on.
The FACT that they are restricted from making grandios statements about themselves being an airline is in FACT an unfortunate reality - but you won't find it in writing.
Ask Paul or Tony or Barry.....or anyone else at HQ who has seen or been told first hand NOT to say such and such............and you will see that the "Gag Order" is truly an unwritten reality..........
