What price will Nasrat sell Elite for ???
Thanks King of The "DD",

Because the next run that will take us past .97 is coming very soon? Just a hunch.
with answering 'no' you contradict your own first statement just to keep the sentiment on the negative side, why is that ?
Didn't Nasrat sign on with Elite for 3 years?
He just past his one year mark.
This means we will be bought out within 2 years.
Hang onto your shares folks.
That's why I said I'm never selling. I'm waiting for the buyout in order to guarantee the max PPS.
Nasrat owns way too many shares. The only way he can sell them is by us getting bought out.
If he sold even one share and shareholders noticed this in the form 4, all hell would break loose, and this thing would TANK and Nasrat wouldn't be able to sell the rest of his shares.
Also, the BARE MINIMUM buy out price will be $2.10. BARE MINIMUM. We have it in writing.
I agree but Nasrat will wait as long as it takes before taking a buyout offer if he feels it isn't the best he can get. There's no reason for him to take a deal that is below market value for our technology. Elite now has the space, money, patents, resources to do it all on our own so that is great bargaining power.
Unless they give us exactly what WE want, then no deal. Simple as that. Now I do believe Nasrat is looking for a major deal here. As tangerine pointed out, did he really come here to work for 10 years making pills or did he come here to get the ship rolling and get a deal done?
You can come to your own conclusion but I feel i have a fairly good idea of how this is most likely going to play out in the next 12 months as we see more and more trial results released and Elite files their first NDA this December.
I generally agree but Elite will posture and grow to keep all the leverage. They have the cash, the tech and with Epic the manufacturing space to do huge things. Epic was and may still be the largest contract drug maker for a single drug company. 100k sq feet of space there.
My opinion is they will get bought out sooner then later. Most everyone knows it. Nasrat didnt take this spot to work for the next 10 years manufacturing drugs.
LOL LOL Yep, another Elite outsmarts Pfizer. LOL LOL hysterically funny.
What Nasrat most likely remembers, and Pfizer certainly does, is that within one week of Lipitor's (which was the biggest drug in history)patent expiration, it's sales fell by 50% The First WEEK! Lol. So they are putting all this money into Embeda for what? A new ART generic comes out, sells for a lot cheaper, and cuts Embeda sales in half less than a year after it's out? After all the R&D. And because of Elite's technology, Embeda's patent won't protect Embeda, so it's a whole shltload of Pfizer money down the tube again, but without even realizing it's true potential gains they were counting on.
Maybe there is the possibility Pfizer has stopped/slowed R&D investment in it because of the looming ELTP generic (not to mention their 16 more ART's)?
And, Nasrat will not need "education" by Pfizer to assist in educating the public to generic ARTs. Now a days, consumers are very sensitive to cost and find this themselves. It won't take them long to find a much cheaper alternative to Embeda. Like Lipitor...give them a week. Think Pfizer hasn't figured that out yet? Pfizer has a whole lot of problems right now, and we're one of them...just lurking on the horizon. My question is are they going to just walk away from a multi-billion dollar market because of a looming generic that they can't control, or take action to see that does not happen?
As an aside, Bayer paid Barr labs and a few others $50 mil plus quarterly payments to keep generic Cipro off the market for several years, totaling several hundred million. When Pfizer's Lipitor went off patent, the average 3-month price dropped from about 400-500, to like 30. Patients know. Then there was the the whole AndroGel stink...Activis paid Solvay like $30 mil a year for limited rights to their patent. Familiar names...and Nasrat isn't going to be taking a paltry $30 mil a year to piggy-backers for it's ART technology. BMY, ACT, PFE...what a lie-up of familiar names, with PFE seemingly the one with the most to lose given Embeda (which has seemed to suddenly be "delayed."
Something, it seems to me has to give at some point soon. No way PFE is just going to walk from the ART market given it's size, and not a damn thing they can do about Elite because the patent is completely different, and knows they can fund it's development without them.
ELTP's market cap is at 185 mil and selling at .34/share? No, that's not going to last long. Nas needs to get the sp up as high as possible, soon, to get the best possible deal. I don't think any kind of "partnership" is what's going on right now, and I don't think ELTP will be the one to bring the ART generics to market...they will likely be long snapped up by then, IMO.
GLTA.

Nice post! Plenty of noise as you point out, keep your eyes on the prize! Elite is growing and preparing itself to enter a market worth billions. They have righted the ship from when you and I started investing in this company in 2011 and have put out quarter after quarter of big revenue gains. It's nice to know that on the operations side, the business is self sustaining. Get one ART to market and several others follow in rapid succession. ....and we'll be stinking rich!
$ELTP
Hmmm I never said anything about that
Yes I agree Nasrat is going to launch a whole line of ART products and not a damn thing anybody here is going to do about it. LMAO
That is strange as you seem to be agreeing with something I never said.
Thanks I agree Nasrat is bringing the ART and not a damn thing anybody here is going to do about if. LOL LOL
ah, so the answer appears to be zero!!! Thanks. Useful information. The only company in the world than can do ADT. LOL LOL
Doesn't matter- Elite's owns 3 US patents and 1 Canadain with more coming. Only thing that matters is that Nasrat launch the abuse resistant opioids. And Nasrat says Elite is still on schedule to file it's first NDA by the end if this year.
Quote:
Elite remains on track to file its first abuse-deterrent opioid product, ELI-200, by the end of calendar 2014.
no no no. I am asking if ANY elite current employees hold ANY patents.
Then put 2 and 2 together.... If the WORST CASE SCENARIO of an independent valuation has us at .40 and best case 2.75, and we are BELOW .40... duh. Undervalued.
It's always the same pattern. Straw man arguments followed by an attempt to discredit the data when shown. If Nasrat had released the evaluating firm, then their rep and credibility would be attacked next.
Been here since 2011!! never posted before, or maybe once. Either way, I read every post of this board as I am long on Elite and have been averaging up since last August. We already know most of the answers to the questions that are supposed to be asked on the tomorrows CC. If one would read the latest filing, and no I will not take the time to copy and paste it, it is all there to read, we are at 733 million shares outstanding fully diluted. LPC has purchased shares at 0.37 within the last quarter. Since June 30th, it is noted that LPC has again been sold more shares...I do believe it to be around 6 million shares on August 6th..I don't recall the number off hand. Clearly these shares will be at a lesser value than 0.37 since we have been under that pps since late July. All of this means what? Nothing, even if Elite issues all shares authorized at 995 million in order to get its ART products approved, so be it. We are still very undervalued. I have watched Elite's market cap grow tenfold since I first heard about the company. I could care less about a spike to 0,97. Sure would have been nice to sell at those levels...why not. But I am certainly not giving my shares back at 0.34. Lots of noise on this board, and perhaps i'm adding to it today, but read the entire filing, all will be well. Its a pharma company, and as Diane said to me during out last conversation, these things don't happen over night. Good luck to all, the goal is to make money. So if traders make good on their decisions, good on them too.
