Then there is no hope for you. JS only rears his head to create irritation, confusion, and panic selling or buying, whichever suits his needs. As long as people respond to his posts, he gets paid. Sure glad the Trifectas didn't listen to him when he was spewing his "Sell, sell, sell!" garbage when Fannie $50 preferreds were at about a dollar. They are now at $18-$20.

I am starting to pretty much agree with this...no I am basically completely agreeing with this

Are you going to buy more CT's tomorrow based on the new theory or can I say put your money where your mouth is sort of speak ?

Or is poetic justice more appropriate for you?

Which leads me to my last post ( for today sillies)

How many pump monkeys are buying tomorrow based on the new theory of FV + divies?
Oh, I forgot to mention...

The two of you will be my transport to and from the Las Vegas red carpet gala for OBS shareholders...
I tend to agree with guster0 regarding this critical issue:

Dear Swaggers,

Here's the reality: it's not the size of your magic wand that matters, but how you wave it...

[daisy raises her wand and says "watchhhhhh" like David Blaine]

Daisy: "Bippity boppity boo"

*poof - poof*

[Guster0 and Toogood transform into a white horse and pumpkin carriage...]

I was using a base of $25 until that payment is complete. Then depending on how much time has passed they can calculate interest missed in dividend payments. I'll start at $10.
This looks to differentiate between claim holders/creditors vs jpmc/lbhi.

Quote:
JPMC would pay the claim holders!

LBHI would pay their creditors!

Yeah, but I get tired of the rope-a-dope LOL (or was that Ali and Foreman?) LOL anyways, it does seem like some eyes are on LEHNQ. Maybe we'll see some action Monday. V out Hestheman
LOL duly noted! From now on as it pertains to comments bordering on slanderous, I will use the word libelous instead! I was never a spelling bee champion i'll give you that....LOL.
Noooo....don't stop

You guys are like Ali and Frazier...

Heheh...Driving up the our board's post count...soon we will be #1 most viewed on iHub, poised for the momentum play of the decade come Monday morning.
You forgot to included deferred interest imo.

I'd target roughly $6/share.... Which can only mean one thing.

Slap the ask starting Monday!

The LBI September tenth 10th distribution has one string attached to the $1.5B claim in bold below. LBHI can return the $1.5B claim to JPMC and pay out more than $1.5B to JPMC or keep the $1.5B claim for itself and pay $1.5B to who? LBHI Creditors or the actual claim holders.

JPMC would pay the claim holders!

LBHI would pay their creditors!

For what it is worth, Article Eight of the CTs class 10B claims required the CTs to be secured by collateral upon the sale of, substantially the crown jewel of LBHI, "LBI" to Barclays.

Quote:
The JPM Subrogated Claim was originally asserted as a secured claim to the extent of collateral held by
JPM, and transferred to LBHI pursuant to the CDA.

***LBI Docket 5784***

Quote:
37. On March 16, 2010, pursuant to the CDA among JPMorgan Chase Bank,
N.A. and the Debtors, LBHI acquired the JPM Subrogated Claim against LBI. The JPM
Subrogated Claim was originally asserted as a secured claim to the extent of collateral held by
JPM, and transferred to LBHI pursuant to the CDA. That claim has been settled by allowing a
$1,500,000,000.00 general unsecured creditor claim to LBHI. However, LBHI retains the right
to reconvey the claim, and if it does so, the recipient will not be limited to the $1,500,000,000.00
general unsecured creditor claim. To the extent that the JPM Subrogated Claim is reconveyed by
LBHI, LBHI is to indemnify the LBI Trustee for any distributions in excess of what would be
made on the $1,500,000,000.00 allowed general unsecured creditor claim (the
“Indemnification”). LBHI will establish a cash reserve to secure its Indemnification obligation.
(Kiplok Decl. ¶ 31.)

I'm totally on board with hestheman's

Interpretation of a possible first-time distribution for CTS holders in sep/oct. Btw, I checked and hestheman does not appear to have made any predictions that CTS would be paid during 4th and 5th distributions.

But hestheman, do you mind....

Using libelous rather than slanderous

And using pertaining rather than partaining?

The word nazi in me wants to reach out and choke you but I adore your DD...

Since I'm at it.... To the entire board, it's "you're right... As in you are correct, not your right"

And of course..... Slap that ask newbies, don't miss out on this week's momentum play!!!
We should have a running tally or list of who has been deemed satisfied in full so far. Then we can check each one off as time goes. What's the amount of available cash now?

Yes wonderful idea! I agree 100%
BUT

I doubt the magic wand waive'n swaggers would allow such REALITY
On this board as it could do much harm to their swag'in!
Anything that proves them wrong are fiercely attacked!
LOL.....agreed!
Toogood, listen. sorry I called you a loser. But....it's probably not as bad as you calling everyone on this board ignorant on a daily basis. We have argued the same points over and over. It is tedious and redundant......and we have argued the same points over and over to the point it is redundant....and tedious.....not to mention redundant. So....let's agree to disagree. I wish to argue no longer. We either make money here or we don't, how's that for a compromise? P.S. did I mention that our arguments tend to get monotonous? Have a weekend...hestheman
Booooooo!!

Booo to NOL play! Momentum...momentum...Momentum.. MOMENTUM!!!

Lol
Boooooo!

Go away!... Let us wallow in our ignorance!

Attention newbies, slap that ask this Monday morning...heck lehnq is #9 most read on investorshub. Bankruptcy play? More like momentum play!

See everyone at $1 per share...
We are all going to be winners here, except those who sold.

BTW, is anyone estimating the dollar/share payout? Are we estimating 17%, that's $4.25 / share October 2?
Feed me! feed me!

Slap the ask newbies, we dare you!
