ELTP Company info 08/17/2014 12:22:55 $ELTP
What Nasrat most likely remembers, and Pfizer certainly does, is that within one week of Lipitor's (which was the biggest drug in history)patent expiration, it's sales fell by 50% The First WEEK! Lol. So they are putting all this money into Embeda for what? A new ART generic comes out, sells for a lot cheaper, and cuts Embeda sales in half less than a year after it's out? After all the R&D. And because of Elite's technology, Embeda's patent won't protect Embeda, so it's a whole shltload of Pfizer money down the tube again, but without even realizing it's true potential gains they were counting on.

Maybe there is the possibility Pfizer has stopped/slowed R&D investment in it because of the looming ELTP generic (not to mention their 16 more ART's)?

And, Nasrat will not need "education" by Pfizer to assist in educating the public to generic ARTs. Now a days, consumers are very sensitive to cost and find this themselves. It won't take them long to find a much cheaper alternative to Embeda. Like Lipitor...give them a week. Think Pfizer hasn't figured that out yet? Pfizer has a whole lot of problems right now, and we're one of them...just lurking on the horizon. My question is are they going to just walk away from a multi-billion dollar market because of a looming generic that they can't control, or take action to see that does not happen?

As an aside, Bayer paid Barr labs and a few others $50 mil plus quarterly payments to keep generic Cipro off the market for several years, totaling several hundred million. When Pfizer's Lipitor went off patent, the average 3-month price dropped from about 400-500, to like 30. Patients know. Then there was the the whole AndroGel stink...Activis paid Solvay like $30 mil a year for limited rights to their patent. Familiar names...and Nasrat isn't going to be taking a paltry $30 mil a year to piggy-backers for it's ART technology. BMY, ACT, PFE...what a lie-up of familiar names, with PFE seemingly the one with the most to lose given Embeda (which has seemed to suddenly be "delayed."

Something, it seems to me has to give at some point soon. No way PFE is just going to walk from the ART market given it's size, and not a damn thing they can do about Elite because the patent is completely different, and knows they can fund it's development without them.

ELTP's market cap is at 185 mil and selling at .34/share? No, that's not going to last long. Nas needs to get the sp up as high as possible, soon, to get the best possible deal. I don't think any kind of "partnership" is what's going on right now, and I don't think ELTP will be the one to bring the ART generics to market...they will likely be long snapped up by then, IMO.

GLTA.

Nice post! Plenty of noise as you point out, keep your eyes on the prize! Elite is growing and preparing itself to enter a market worth billions. They have righted the ship from when you and I started investing in this company in 2011 and have put out quarter after quarter of big revenue gains. It's nice to know that on the operations side, the business is self sustaining. Get one ART to market and several others follow in rapid succession. ....and we'll be stinking rich!

$ELTP
Hmmm I never said anything about that
Yes I agree Nasrat is going to launch a whole line of ART products and not a damn thing anybody here is going to do about it. LMAO
That is strange as you seem to be agreeing with something I never said.
Thanks I agree Nasrat is bringing the ART and not a damn thing anybody here is going to do about if. LOL LOL
ah, so the answer appears to be zero!!! Thanks. Useful information. The only company in the world than can do ADT. LOL LOL
Doesn't matter- Elite's owns 3 US patents and 1 Canadain with more coming. Only thing that matters is that Nasrat launch the abuse resistant opioids. And Nasrat says Elite is still on schedule to file it's first NDA by the end if this year.
Quote:
Elite remains on track to file its first abuse-deterrent opioid product, ELI-200, by the end of calendar 2014.

no no no. I am asking if ANY elite current employees hold ANY patents.
Then put 2 and 2 together.... If the WORST CASE SCENARIO of an independent valuation has us at .40 and best case 2.75, and we are BELOW .40... duh. Undervalued.

It's always the same pattern. Straw man arguments followed by an attempt to discredit the data when shown. If Nasrat had released the evaluating firm, then their rep and credibility would be attacked next.
Been here since 2011!! never posted before, or maybe once. Either way, I read every post of this board as I am long on Elite and have been averaging up since last August. We already know most of the answers to the questions that are supposed to be asked on the tomorrows CC. If one would read the latest filing, and no I will not take the time to copy and paste it, it is all there to read, we are at 733 million shares outstanding fully diluted. LPC has purchased shares at 0.37 within the last quarter. Since June 30th, it is noted that LPC has again been sold more shares...I do believe it to be around 6 million shares on August 6th..I don't recall the number off hand. Clearly these shares will be at a lesser value than 0.37 since we have been under that pps since late July. All of this means what? Nothing, even if Elite issues all shares authorized at 995 million in order to get its ART products approved, so be it. We are still very undervalued. I have watched Elite's market cap grow tenfold since I first heard about the company. I could care less about a spike to 0,97. Sure would have been nice to sell at those levels...why not. But I am certainly not giving my shares back at 0.34. Lots of noise on this board, and perhaps i'm adding to it today, but read the entire filing, all will be well. Its a pharma company, and as Diane said to me during out last conversation, these things don't happen over night. Good luck to all, the goal is to make money. So if traders make good on their decisions, good on them too.
**** Elite Pharmaceuticals Conference Call Questions ****

Shareholders participating in the Conference Call are typically allowed to ask 1 or 2 questions following the company's prepared statements.
To make the most of this Q&A opportunity with ELTP management, suggest that we come up with a list to share of top questions to ask:

(Copy/paste and add your question(s) at the end of the latest posted list)

1. Clinical Trials

a. When can we expect Lifetree abuse liability results?

b. How long do you expect these trials to last?

c. How many products are tested at a time in these studies?

d. Is the plan to file upon successful results?

2. Please explain the purpose for the upcoming meeting in October with the FDA. Best case and worst case scenario.

3. With so much going on will Analyst be reassess-updating last Falls value of Elite for future negotiations?

6. Lincoln Park Capital (LPC) Securities Funding

a. How many have been placed with LPC exclusive of the free shares?

b. How much money was generated for the shares?

c. How much of the money has been spent?

d. What was it used on?

7. 2 FDA applications ... what info can we get? How long have they been in the system?

8. 11 ANDA's for site transfer, what's going on?

9. Any plans for Eli-154?

10. What's the next step for Eli-201?

11. What's going on with the three drugs in Scale up?

12. Any generics moving up the ladder to commercialization?

13. Given the share price hovering at the “worst case” scenario, and far below the 2.10-2.75 levels that were indicated
as the more reasonable valuation range at that time, why are you comfortable with the valuation as reflective of Elite’s future?

14. In July, the FDA approved Purdue's Targiniq ER with labeling describing the product's abuse-deterrent properties. Is ELTP's ART more effective than Purdue's? If so, is it likely that the FDA will also approve ELTP's ART products?

15. What is ELTP expecting from the FDA by filing the INDs for ELI-200 and ELI-202?

16. Given the information in the 10-Q regarding the expansion of the Northvale facilities... Does this mean ELTP could potentially manufacture and distribute all of the ART drugs without a partner?

17. I understand we had an agreement with Epic for 8 drugs where we get a 15% profit split. I also understand that we are no longer proceeding with the last 7 drugs. However, the first and only drug has been filed with the FDA for 3 1/2 years now and we haven't heard anything. Do you have any updates on this?
LMAO - worrisome - Nasrat said he welcomes it as Pfizer will educate doctors and hospitals about the pharmacologic approach to abuse deterent technology/opioids.
What's really funny by using the same comparison Ian Read wasn't the one who invented Embeda. Doesn't matter one bit- Nasrat is bringing Elite's ART to market. At this point, that's all that matters.

TELL me about it !!!
They would have to have the HIGHEST bid.
Nasrat not giving this one away.

poison pill in place

ELTP
What product? Oh yes it is in the pipeline.
To use a basketball analogy it is like at team getting ahead 100 to 10 in the first three quarters then losing the game in the last quarter because it ran out of steam and that is exactly what happened to Elite. I am sure in many minds it is looked at as a pump and dump and that is exactly what it is if it can gain 95% and promptly lose 87% of the gain. There is more to just going up from .068 to .34. The disappointed investors that it has left behind means a lot to the future of Elite especially after it is piled upon the baggage it brought along from prior years. The fact that CEO hyped the stock at $4 to $5 didn't help and even worst his use of valuations of $2.10 to $2.75 with a worse case situation of $.40 was a disaster since Elite has been below the worse case scenario for some time.
Funny when Nasrat became CEO about a year ago the PPS was .068. Looks like the PPS has moved up to me.
