MYEC
I still believe there could be a relationship between Apple and Myec. Look at all the connections with a few of these companies. Intuit, Mac, QuickBooks, GoPayment, iTunes, Apple, MYEC, etc. and if you dig deeper you start finding names of people that connect.
Afraid of what? You do realize that Ed's share count increased by 152.5 million shares since last Q...right?
The q came out. LMFAO
Looks like fast eddy can dump all he wants since this is not registered with the SEC. Be afraid.
TA Release the Share Structure last week....
Is that your opinion or a fact?
What is it based on?
TIA
If the T/A is gagged why did they just give out the share structure?
TA is gagged. Why is that? Smells.
Can you elaborate on the toxicity of anything disclosed in the report?
Looks like toxic city.
Spent a good hour reading every single word in this Disclosure Statement, it was written in great detail & answers many questions regarding the past, present & future of the company.
If you've the extra time it'd behoove you to read the entire report also.
MYEC
Rule 144 is required for any sales in a public marketplace. Ed is required to file per rule 144.
Rule 144: Selling Restricted and Control Securities
When you acquire restricted securities or hold control securities, you must find an exemption from the SEC's registration requirements to sell them in a public marketplace. Rule 144 allows public resale of restricted and control securities if a number of conditions are met. This overview tells you what you need to know about selling your restricted or control securities. It also describes how to have a restrictive legend removed.

Ed could only sell 41M shares every 3 months. He isn't gonna sell for a long time.
Trading Volume Formula. If you are an affiliate, the number of equity securities you may sell during any three-month period cannot exceed the greater of 1% of the outstanding shares of the same class being sold, or if the class is listed on a stock exchange, the greater of 1% or the average reported weekly trading volume during the four weeks preceding the filing of a notice of sale on Form 144. Over-the-counter stocks, including those quoted on the OTC Bulletin Board and the Pink Sheets, can only be sold using the 1% measurement.
Read Again!!! So much to garner here. This is DD, this is a treasure map.
You believe Ed would sell 30 million shares, reducing the value of his other 1.8 billion shares by 90% in the process?
Do you have any links confirming this?
TIA
The last SEC filing for MyECheck is 10/5/2012 which is a 15/12G
It was confirmed he didn't sell a single share. In fact it appears he somehow has more shares now than reported in Q1.
You should sticky that too. It's about as accurate as your book value.
Fast eddy diluted this down 85%. Wow that sucks bad for investors in at .08.
