In that same time period, 975,000,000 shares were issued for debt...
My numbers includes only VFIN and VNDM... I'm pretty sure ARCA, AYME, BKRT and LAMP have all sold a few also...
In my opinion, they have to be done or finishing up.
And I made my bets on Friday around 3pm...

Hope so...regardless we will see this week ....
Confirmation of debt holder conversion will be clear to all following the stock...
We may be done with conversion or at the least close to it...

VFIN and VNDM have sold
1,048,027,560 shares total from July 1st 2013 to July 31st 2014...
Now I'm guessing they have sold another 100,000,000 in August 2014 (minimum).
They must be done or very close to being done.
Now that the company has cash on hand, it might never need to issue another share for debt in the future. VFIN and VNDM will be a thing of the past.
MYEC will bounce back hard and fast.

Management owns the majority of the shares... I think they care about shareholder value...
Maybe, if one is watching for a solid bottom to form in MYEC and cares to try investing in a sewage pit.

My guess is this stays between .01 and .018 or so until the apps are out.. Seems a lot of people have orders at .01...

We know a run is coming and any new wins for the company we run harder.
IMO.
Its a good possibility we see a double from this PPS this week. See everyone tomorrow morning..

I believe the MYEC team has commented on this more than once, and acknowledged the fact that daily PPS is out of their control, and that their focus is on building the company and letting the results speak for themselves. It is not their fault that there are more traders that lack vision than true long term investors right now. IMHO. GL.
