The ruling Friday was obviously a huge disappointment and for me a surprise but I found this link that at least offers a glimmer of hope at three options Vringo has in there case against Google. While probably a long shot, at least there is a chance that this case can be turned around and hold
Google liable for Infringement.

We just lost the only big case we had going where money was on the horizon. I may buy in down the road but I'm not buying into the optimism anymore.

You are throwing out misinformation, that is non factual, guesses, etc. regarding the Financial Status of VRNG. Please provide sources or links for your comments. thank you!
No your post does not mention "Lawsuit Settlement". How can A/R be overstated when it is $0?
My recent financial setback aside, what I think is interesting is that beyond our little drama, there are issues such as Court vs USPTO, ip protection in general, the higher court overstepping (judicial activism) and the eventual showdown everyone has known is coming. Throw in the industry's general contempt for G and you have a lot of interested parties that may not give a rat's fanny about Vringo but care deeply about the other issues. I think we may find new friends through this. The Judge wants a showdown and may just get his wish.
So you held from $3.12 down to .80 and sold but you are afraid of how much lower it goes from 80 cents.

I truly had a great deal of respect for your opinion. I believe many of us did. I suspected something was up when you weren't on the board anymore. It would have been humane to have shown some caring for your appreciators to have at least clearly expressed that you got out and what convinced you for getting out. Sure you stated that you had concerns about Mayer, but no one new that you sold. I believe that I for one would have listened intently and then decided on my own of course. But your perspective, experience and wisdom would have been greatly appreciated.

This decision is way bigger than many people realize. The effects are huge and far reaching. People are getting fired up. Interesting conversation in comments here

If the appeal reverses (en bank or supremes), this stock will explode in price. Looking forward to the shorts helping bring price down to .50 or lower, so I can load up more. It has been fun ride with Vringo over the years. They did not get this far by not doing there homework. With all the twist and the turns, what will happen next. Stay tuned!!!!
