I truly had a great deal of respect for your opinion. I believe many of us did. I suspected something was up when you weren't on the board anymore. It would have been humane to have shown some caring for your appreciators to have at least clearly expressed that you got out and what convinced you for getting out. Sure you stated that you had concerns about Mayer, but no one new that you sold. I believe that I for one would have listened intently and then decided on my own of course. But your perspective, experience and wisdom would have been greatly appreciated.

This decision is way bigger than many people realize. The effects are huge and far reaching. People are getting fired up. Interesting conversation in comments here

If the appeal reverses (en bank or supremes), this stock will explode in price. Looking forward to the shorts helping bring price down to .50 or lower, so I can load up more. It has been fun ride with Vringo over the years. They did not get this far by not doing there homework. With all the twist and the turns, what will happen next. Stay tuned!!!!

Okay. When the share price is trading at $1.10 before noon on Monday then we'll see about that. GLTY
On a brief look at the financial position and potential market prices, yeah,, I saw .26 floating around inside there somewhere.. But,, I am also not so sure the ruling can not be overturned.. At the moment I'm too busy to dig it all up. but sure would be glad if somebody could print it all out nice and clear..
And the short interest at just above 50% of volume is indicating the same sense of insecurity, both bulls and bears in a tight fix.. when that brakes, somebody's going to make some bucks.. no doubt.

well if you'll look back I perceived that the judge indicates prejudice. . But that was on his ruling, so,, whatever 'trial' was held and retorts by each party was not shown well enough to say whether he was, or simply cited extensive defense for his decision.. and it's tough to remove the personal risk delusions in which ,if you're bull, you feel everything is wrong or right just to suite your personal goals.
The question is really, whether what he cited,, was convincing enough to warrant a disillusion.
moreover it's going to depend whether their attorneys can put together a package to overrule it.
Personally I got the sense that VRNG's patent would be construed as the tool to teach the rule. And think if that's correct then right's have been abridged, but,, could be of lessor importance. patented is a tricky deal to protect, and like this, tough to assign.
That judge obviously created an extensive defense to support his conclusions.. It's not simply the merits of the case, but, he would also know full and well, it would involve millions of investment bucks, on the stock market too.. a hard responsibility which, although not part of his requirement, meritorious enough to 'try' and get it right.
