PR's cost nothing but the time to write it up...
georgie18, I'm not debating but just expressing opinion. I will try to explain my opinion on the idea of a PR. The financials could be explained in a paragraph for those who don't bother to read every word. I imagine you and many others on this GRCU board are very seasoned traders/investors and know how to read 10Q's, 10K's and 8K's. I agree GRCU's financials were simply formatted and they were easily read but I'm far from an accountant and I won't pretend to be. In addition their are many general public folks who aren't shareholders but a PR pointing to the financials and some status updates will alert them to GRCU. Do you think the general public and those not familiar with Ihub or OTCmarkets.com know GRCU or their two websites? A PR won't hurt but it does cost money. As you know the potential investing public consists of much more than just Ihub and this penny stock cesspool. The investing public need to be reached and convinced! Silence won't help reach them. On the other hand maybe Calkin will save the money and not publish a PR but apply the funds towards this "3rd quarter marketing videos/campaign". IMO that campaign will market the products but not the stock although the stock should follow.
Ummm.....Yeah!!!
I agree. I was just saying that I understand why people ask for one. Hopefully there will be more news than financials. Cbd orders filling, for instance.
Whooper ....you can be skeptical all you want....this was such a clear and precise financial I just did not see what needed explaining.....I hope we get a great PR just like most here but I don't expect one directed at an explanation of those financials.....first OTC financial I have ever read that did not need any explanation...unless I am missing something that you guys are seeing....in any event I hope you get the PR you want....it certainly cannot hurt...
DTL...do not want to make a debate out of it but I did not understand what part or parts you thought needed explanation.....A PR does not always contain specifics but this Financial was very clear ...well to me anyway....
Whatever the case may be lets keep the ball rolling forward..Enjoy..
Sorry to be skeptical, but I do think its hard to ask people in an OTC stock not to expect clarification and announcements after material events.
Many don't even hold these pos stocks overnight.
This may be the " one in a million" OTC stocks, but it's hard to believe this should be treated like a big board stock, and that everyone is already apologizing for lack of communication that hasn't happened yet.
Calkin could leave tomorrow, he probably won't, but what would we have then.
Much of 5/16 PR content could have been considered self explanatory as well but it highlighted much we knew and didn't know and provided status updates.
I think this should put to rest the yield sign issue, which really isn't that big of a deal anyway. Please correct me if I am wrong.
Page 6 from the Q report:
Quote:
Information contained in a Financial Report is considered current until the due date for the subsequent Financial Report. To remain in the OTC Pink Current Information tier, a company must post its Annual Report within 90 days from its fiscal year-end date and Quarterly Reports within 45 days of its fiscal quarter-end date.
Reading that, I looks as if they need to post Q3 to get current which would be 90 days from EOY, thus why I received the info I did from the OTC.
I could be wrong, wouldn't be the first time, but I just don't want anyone to get frazzled if the yield doesn't come down. It isn't that big of a deal. This is marathon anyway.
DTL...filings are pretty much self explanatory...what is there to explain....We may or may not get a PR next week but we have the financials and we have the new site up and live...that site should be modified and out of test mode pretty quickly...imo..
Good find
They are out of South Africa or something right!

That's an interesting find longy. I'm not sure if there is a connection with GRCU, however, the link is there, the location is appropriate and the name is exact. If it does become a partnership sometime down the road, it would be a major coup.
Wow that's amazing. Great DD Mr Power!
#GRCU
d4isy, one thing GRCU has not done for us is beat to our drum and that, for a change, is refreshing. They've proven time and again that they will not dump fluff on the market to prop the PPS. Case in point. If they wished, they already could have implemented a paid promotion or two, jacked the PPS back up and dumped vested shares into the market. Ain't happening. Those vested shares are gold to the BOD and Advisory Committee members and selling at a mere penny is nothing when an infancy market has barely come to the attention of the broader markets.
i agree. would love to hear about the agriculture update as well. i really see us well over .10 before the end of the year with all that's coming in the pipeline. definitely just the beginning here.
JV? Perhaps. Grow-op or agricultural, probably down the road. I think people want and need Calkin more then he wants them. This is a very slow and steady progression.
I believe the main reasons we are not seeing a higher PPS is because of our share structure, and our obscurity buried in the OTC and stinky pinky's. However, I also think RC and GRCU can overcome these obstacles with the same careful, slow and comprehensive approach they've been taking. This ain't no day trip we're on here.
