I don't see a problem with it. It's a low cost/efficient way to keep shareholders informed and iIt's a good way to counter the misinformation that occurs.
Conversation is done. Next.
Exactly...well worded...
The market is "complaining" as the share price is tanking because ED LIED about buying shares on Scottrade (DTC eligible), failed to delivered Audited Financials by the 15th of August and release of APPs. What about BidSyc for Government contracts for the state of California (can you get such contract if you are not registered in that state)??? The market doesn't care about new offices or new employees, just only the pumpers.
Google was never 17 bucks per share
Exactly. I had a chance to invest into Google at 17 dollars per share. My neighbors told me about it.... and at the time they had picked up hundred thousands of shares and told me to buy it. I had little knowledge but I really liked this stock. For a long time the words Google has been in my mind for years before that... this was after my My father invested into Apple... And at the time and it dropped a lot. I told him to keep it in there he didn't. He sold and it exploded. I saw the first iPod commercial and said... dad dad look! Buy it! He never bought it back..Tiill this very day. ... I still think about how poor I was to forget and listen to others... now I'm different. I seen the potential. Of MYEC and honestly, through so many opportunities, MYEC, and our prohibition with Marijuana reminds me of Dot com, ext. I'm happy to be invested in this company. I Really like MYEC. What's a few pennies? I'm looking a hundreds of dollars per share.
Hey Rott, that line was through an email somebody posted which could have been fabricated. I would take anything posted in here with a grain of salt unless you see it posted legitimately and can be verified.
He needs to stop making promises on social media....the appeasement of needy shareholders has gotten way out of control....
I am not a CEO of publicly traded company who made the mistake on a PR. Not everyone uses FACEBOOK. Hopefully this CEO issues an updated PR.
does this company have potential, hell yes. can ed and his team deliver, I believe so ,but there are a lot of question lately and some confusing statements. like bill saying that the price is at 10% of value. if your not going to explain then keep your mouth shut ,a lot of promises lately with nothing but delays. bill saying that it is way undervalued then earnings come in at 180k. bill would u mind explaining yourself, or are u guys just pumping to sell shares. now that is not what I think is going on but I can see where people could easily believe that. so I say either keep silent or give better info with your statements. now I know someone is not going to like what I said but unless u can tell me exactly why this is at 10% of value, then I guess u really don't know anymore than the rest of us so maybe u should shhhhhhh
Maybe that's it both free and drow had shares back in 2009. Is that it?
Pathetic that he has to come on Facebook to correct his PR mistake about a shareholder's meeting. Let's see if he PR his mistake as many people are not of Facebook.
You forget this was once on the Nasdaq. This did not start as a pink. I know the share structure was different but we will return to glory.

Why are you so sure this won't make it?
I like the way he responds, I do wish we could get some concrete answers though.
Funny folks comparing this bloated float, dilutionary promise missing cesspool trading stock to apple and gold. Funny. This is a high risk RCO play where swing trading is the only way to make money. Unless there are audited books and a reverse split to align the SS with the market fundamental of this play...
That was my first trade and I lost money! Lol
Very nice, thanks for your genuine effort. Straight to the source is how questions of these matters should all be addressed.

Long or short have some respect for the board as well as the company.

Keep it real.

MYEC

Yeah! I hate to admit it though
Logic is not always the best guide. I believe real DD is better than logic, charts or tea leaves. Years ago my Dad bought 32,000 dollars worth of gold. His logic and that of his friends was, bad economy gold and silver would be going up. Within two weeks Jimmy Carter announced that he was going to auction off several million ounces of gold from Fort Knox! The price of gold dropped by more than half. This was his first venture into the market, and almost his last. Now if he would have done research into the administration instead of following logic and listening to friends he would not have made this mistake. However he did not sell, he waited patiently for the price to get back to where he bought. Than he did what he told me was the most logical and safe thing to do. He sold, He was ecstatic my mom was happy they had their 32,000 back. In thirty days gold was four times what he sold it for.

Even back then as a kid I made up my mind to never take financial advice from anybody without doing my own research. There is plenty of DD still to be done here, and some are working hard to uncover it. Many hours have been spent talking to people in this industry. Asking how MYEC would affect their business, good or bad. Asking who they see as competitors or enemy's. However it is not their responsibility to share it here or even be honest about their DD. Everybody here has one agenda, and that's to make money! Wether they are bashing driving the price down to get in, pumping trying to drive the price up to get out or just holding long. Always remember it's your money you earned it, you have to protect it! Your stewardship of your money is your responsibility!
