Doesn't matter too much either way as far as I'm concerned.
I need nothing spelled out but there are others without business savvy who might! The CEO should spell it out for the layman. I've been a shareholder since January so I'm well aware of my own DD including others DD and I've read all GRCU filings. PR next week!
What is it you exactly need spelled out for you? They opened shop three months ago and the reporting period ended almost 2. The next report should be better with a full three months and the money maker all cbd up and running.

Any competent CEO will PR an explanation of their financials. Calkin will have an update for GRCU shareholders next week. At minimum to explain the 2nd quarter financials but IMO it will also include the status of ongoing projects. Mark it!

** Good news re: OTC status upgrade for Green Cures. I did a little research to confirm that audited financials statements are not a prerequisite for being categorized as status 'OTC pink current' on the OTC.
Here are a couple of examples of pink OTC companies that are categorized as 'OTC pink current information', even though have not yet filed any audited financial statements:

ABRW is too new to have completed an annual audit, and BBDA has completed annual financial statements, but they have made it clear on in their reports that their financial statements are unaudited.
This should serve as definitive proof that GRCU can be updated to the status of 'OTC pink current', even without having filed audited financial statements.

The yield sign on GRCU is meaningless. Call OTC. I did Friday. According to the woman I spoke with the yield will remain on GRCU until Q3 fins. Several catalysts before that are far more meaningful then a limited info sign.
