Why are you ( or anyone else ) worrying about ONE day ?
If the merger turns out to be everything we could hope for ..... you're going to WANT to be holding this a looooong time.
Stop looking in front of your nose, and start paying attention to the horizon.
BBRD is a low float, 1.5 penny stock with currently NO dilution.
SDE Sea Wave Energy is a multi-million corp with a bright future.
Its not rocket science to think that 'someday' this could be low dollars.
Idiot traders will sell ( FRI / MON ) for beer money, or a loss.
Impatient people will sell this week for MAYBE small gains.
But its smart investors that will hold for HUGE gains as SDE slowly develops into an ocean green energy leader.
Ask any longtime investor / trader ( not me ) >
These kind of reverse merger plays rarely happen in penny stocks.
Sure there is risk .... but the evidence is there that this is the REAL DEAL.
Given how volatile and risky the sub-penny / penny stock world is,
isn't it worth just a little patience to see how this one plays out ?
If things go wrong here ( I hope not ), maybe you lose a little, or hopefully break even.
BUT ..... is this goes BIG, and most investors hold long-term,
you are looking at MASSIVE returns.
I'm willing to give SDE more than ONE day of patience to see what happens.

One thing I do know is if you want a large payday and not chump change it is IMHO that you need to be patient for the good plays on the OTC. All the big amounts of $$ that I have made in pennyland is from being in a stock for over a year and weathering the storms.

One of the problems is the impatient investors or flippers out to make a quick buck. Some just might sell on the news and it kills all the momentum that is being built. Then you have investors that are in it for the long haul that get screwed in the short term. If this stock has more longs than flippers then the pps could reach higher grounds very fast IMO. BUTT after seeing all the crying on Friday and investors that got the shake from the MMs I dont think that this stock will hit the highs that it should with the PR that we have waited for. GLTY

Over a penny within a couple of hours,,,EASY,,, but what's happening now is people getting impatient and dumping began, ,,,NO WORRIES, ,,GOOD HANDS
Once pr confirming the merge is complete and papers sent in to the SEC. This will move very fast!
With mergers you really do not know, I have been in many. Most go up 1000% from the ground floor some go up 3,000% This stock has already moved up 300% so if I had to take a guess my guess would be .05 to .08 cents.
The way this has traded and the high end MM making a market I feel silver land/teens is where this is headed.
Now since this is a clean shell it will go up more, also if SDE has large contracts on the books and has cash in the bank then we could see a quarter easy short term!
Then once audited form10 is submitted we will move into 40 cent area. Form 10 is the key towards full discloser
That is when we learn the value of the company. All above is my speculation only.
100% to 200% with a great pr IMO. With merger news and a PR stating where the company is headed and new contracts are in sight who knows.

Ok, I've never had the opportunity to be in on a merger. This is my first time. My question is once they post the PR what can this realistically do in a day? I'm asking seriously, realistically, not the shoot to the moon stuff. Thank you.

I'd also like to add that some of these people are intentionally trying to spread fear, doubt, uncertainty, and make unsubstantiated claims because they are short selling or want cheaper shares. Newer investors should be weary of these low-level tactics used on ihub in general.
