SEC Form 10-12G will be filed shortly after the audit is complete. The 10-12G is very detailed & lengthy, over 380 pages for Bill Delgado's other company.
They have been preparing ahead of time on the form 10 what they can prior to audit completion, once filed it should post immediately to OTC Markets for all to view, how many Amendment Form 10-12G/A's must be submitted will ultimately determine when we will become fully SEC Reporting, if the original form is without errors we will be upgraded to fully reporting audited status within 2-4 weeks.

Sitting across from them , looking at their faces and body language I think we should know if they are blowing smoke or telling the truth.

I hope everything goes as plans , I will have a chance to talk to Ed in Tahoe . I expect the pps to be up and some good news that I will get to hear first with hundreds of MYEC friends and family.

Oh I still have share with my gambling pot but Ed and company need to take a huge hit for this shareholder price destruction. Also double zero longs are now boasting how they sold at 7-8 cents now....millions will dump those onezies as soon as they can if there is a run.....

I'm seeing that too. Those that get hung up on the minor details and lack the ability to see the big picture need to step back and chill... And meet us at 4:20 in October ha ha!! I feel fortunate to be a part of the beginnings of a great company. Go MYEC!
Ed said he jumped the gun.. Maybe Monday hotel will have info.
Then he should have never eluded to a date...just like the apologists are circling the wagon on the audited books... The market sold off because of these unfulfilled promises...
I agree with INDAZONE....We just booked our rooms at Harrah's for the 10th & 11th of Oct. Reservations can not find the group rate for MYEC at Harrah's. We booked anyway using our AAA discount it cost 20.00 more per night then Ed quoted. We will wait until the code comes out and then try to get the discount later. We also asked them to check on the meeting time be scheduled for Sat. This is central reservation, so we are trying to get a number for the hotel to see what the matter is.
Has anyone else make reservation with Harrah's and got the discount?
Ed posted that he was having problems with a bank that was having problems finishing the app and I believe he said that he was adding several others. I don't know if that means saying good bye to the one he was having problems with or not.
Why should that be a surprise? Clearly anyone associated with ACH would not want us to succeed . Say what you want but we will be taking millions of $$ away from them. No, billions away. I believe they might be putting pressure on our customers to not do business with us.
I really don't believe that our down turn is anything but shares for settled debt hitting the market and the 2 billion dilution of them driving the pps down. I read from a post on another board that they have run out and that's the reason the price rose Friday afternoon.
We will see Monday . I doubt if mm's can hold us down at the present time.

Ed NEVER stated the Audit would be AVAILABLE for public consumption on 15th, but that the audit would be complete and ready for filing.... and "nebby" you are very knowledgeable in these areas and the Audit cannot be released until approved by SEC, and the Form 10 needs to be compiled and submitted FIRST before that can Happen !!!!!!!
