I AGREE!
That's what I want to see, a real team coming together. I feel fortunate to be apart and bare witness to this great come back story called MyEcheck.

My advice is to go long, be patient and let them do what they do and the low PPS these days shall come to pass forever IMO.
Hopefully big deals!!!'
He said they would be ready by the 15th of August.
Yes just like the apps are ready, mjpay is ready, vx gateway is ready. I think the point is that the public needs to start actually seeing these things happen (verifiable- not just Ed's word) before we get a reversal IMO.
Audit needs to be COMPLETED in order to start compiling the form 10,
has been stated that the form 10 is being worked on.... No one ever said there would be a PUBLIC announcement of the Auditors being done with THEIR part (audit complete)
Tony closing deals!

Well said!!!
I am not sure of anything. I believe a buy back will happen or the SS will stay the same before a RS. Bill D and Ed both said no to an RS with Ed eluding to only potentially doing it to up list to NasDaq. From everything that has transpired and the logic and processes of what they are facing, i believe they are being truthful. To understand the company you have to understand what happens in a company when it is growing and moving to a new location and hiring people. Infrastructure is down for a while. Communication suffers as a result. People are inefficient for a while. There is a learning curve. The Q2 fins showed all of this in black and white.

The math adds up.

The facts available and the info on the fins are exactly as you'd reasonably expect (and better) for what MYEC is literally working on and to.

Other than the mishandling of the App release, I think MYEC is doing great.
I have thought of this too. The green day after every 4-5 red days backs this theory.
Ok so that is in fact harrahs Lake Tahoe. Perfect! Thanks

Harrah’s Sand Harbor Ballroom
Good intel. So what hotel is the meeting at???
Ed's intentions for the PrePaid EXPO next week.

Q: "Can you elaborate on the PrePaid EXPO that your going to next week? Will MyECheck have a booth or speaking? I'm guessing you will be there to look for possible contracts & partners also. Any info would help greatly, thanks."

Ed Starrs: "Nate and I are attending, we have a lot of meeting set up and we are looking for banks, partners and customers."
AGM Hotel Info:

We have rooms reserved at 3 hotels, all are next to each other and walking distance to the AGM meeting room. I jumped the gun on the PR before Harrah's had finalized the reservation on their end, they can book your rooms now but the group code may be different to MyECheck. Harrah's also owns Harvey's across the street, which has better lake view rooms so we reserved some rooms there also. Montblue is next door to Harrah's and is just as nice and lower cost. Montblue rooms are $89.95 Fri and $129.95 Sat. Harrah's are $129 and $149 and Harvey's lake view are $169 and $189 Fri and Sat respectively.

I encourage you to try for a better rate (AAA or AARP etc).

There is also a nice hotel on the other side of Harrah's in CA (non smoking - they allow smoking in Nevada casinos) called Lake Tahoe Resort Casino, it's a former Embassy Suites and is actually better now. This is also and easy walk to the AGM. All these hotels are walking distance to casinos, shops and attractions making a car not necessary. We will also have courtesy shuttles available for our events.

I am really looking forward to meeting all attendees particularly our long term shareholder holders.

Are you sure that there won't be more blood letting 4 of 5 days next week? And how can all this dilution not culminate into a r/s
Interesting theory..
Agree with you. Ways making a joke.
Allowing us to recuperate isn't for us, it's for them... There's a such thing as Toooo much blood in the streets
Otherwise they won't have the same heavy bid support until .007-.008
