LMAO - except for direct comments from executive management about partnerships. I believe that before negative hot air on a message board. LOL with a side of LOL.
Excuses excuses. ...anybody know if Embeda launched Q2 like they stated they would????

Lolzzz
Misleading information from one open label study .
Let's give them "medical marijuana"!

Yeah, that's the ticket!
6 out of 10 said it's not the answer. Elite has superior technology and will release multiple ADT products onto the market!
Universally? Guess it is predictable then or a minimum predictability is in question which is unpredictable.
Lol lol that was in long term open label study and dropout rates in that study were comparable to all other studies. Now how about the drop out rate in the controlled p3 trials? Lol lol
The nuts may be closer than you think. Remember that the second facility was supposed to take care of the ART and 11 generics have been farmed to Epic. So now we are being told that we need 20,000sq to take care of ART??????????
ZERO.
Right on!

GLTU
Probably didn't figure out that snorters' nasal nerve endings may be dead from drug abuse or are so stoned even during trials that they can't tell the difference.
How many of your 700k shares that you bought below a dime have you sold?
None. lol
60% drop out rate with many citing vomiting and diarrhea as reasons for leaving the study. No safety risks....yeah, you'll be fine if you stop taking the stuff, but take it long term and that diarrhea can be a killer.
A lot of people expect it; to wit, the last last quarter earnings report was going to be record breaking and instead it was 34% lower YOY. It was expected that CEO was going to have great and wonderful things to say and instead only said that Isradipine would not be launched until the fall. Those expectations were not "many people" in the sense used it was ........ no, you guess.
"I could be wrong, but I think most people here are expecting more news than what is in the 10-Q."

We have several 8k/pr events that are due according to the companies schedule over the next weeks and all the way to Dec. But I agree with you, many people expect a huge news event every time we have a CC. What I was looking to hear at the CC was already stated in the Q. Still on track to file at least one NDA by eoy.

I will be interested to hear if Elite has changed plans as far as a partner, now that they not only have funding they will also have a much larger building.
Acura’s abuse-resistant painkiller in regulatory limbo as FDA weighs failed trial data

August 15, 2014 10:33 am by NewsCred

(Reuters) - Acura Pharmaceuticals Inc said the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) indicated that the company may have to conduct an additional study to determine the abuse-deterrent capability of its experimental painkiller treatment.

The FDA in May said data was insufficient to support the company's claim that the drug could not be abused by snorting.

The company said on Friday it would review data from a previous trial to determine whether to proceed with an additional clinical study.

Acura's drug, which contains common painkillers hydrocodone bitartrate and acetaminophen, is designed to cause a burning sensation when snorted or form a gelatinous mixture when dissolved for injection.

The drug failed in a mid-stage trial to show statistically significant results in reducing likability among abusers by snorting compared with the generic hydrocodone/acetaminophen tablet.

The FDA in December 2013 agreed to review the results of the failed mid-stage trial.

Up to Thursday's close of 86.5 cents, Acura's stock had nearly halved in value this year.

Nice rundown on ELTP's potential positives--but I would suggest you edit it to separate the facts from the opinions.

Nasrat's declarations are not facts. They are the expectations and opinions of a CEO who understandably expects to be supremely successful.

Just because a CEO declares. "No one can stop us!" or something like that does not make it so. It means ONE person--the CEO--has that opinion.

ELTP has a lot of things going for it. And it has been the best trading stock I have ever been in in the past three years.

And the technical chart looks good here.

But trying to keep things real and confirmed here is tough. The unsuspecting can take things at face value.

The conference call, hopefully, will have non-public facts that will be in a PR before the CC. If Nasrat just goes over what the earnings report says, I do not think that will trigger a buying spree in ELTP.

I could be wrong, but I think most people here are expecting more news than what is in the 10-Q.

zero evidence of ANY partners. LOL LOL
Unfortunately that is not true. Perhaps one should read the FDA approved statement:

The naltrexone component was shown to have degraded to unacceptable degrees in samples of Embeda that were tested, Pfizer said. The problem is unlikely to pose a safety risk and patients can continue taking the drug as prescribed, the drugmaker said.
