MYEC Stock Updates 08/16/2014 11:21:42 $MYEC
Allowing us to recuperate isn't for us, it's for them... There's a such thing as Toooo much blood in the streets
Otherwise they won't have the same heavy bid support until .007-.008

MYEC
He said by 15 August 14, and a few words like was being complied for filing misses the marked and skews the promise.
So what you are saying is VFIN has a heart? lol.
I believe they backed off as to not take away all shareholder dignity into the weekend after such a rough week.
They have dumped harshly while constantly watching L2 to take out every nice bid above .01
Even last week we battled with VFIN from .012-.017 then Friday they stayed off the ask the entire day to let us recuperate after taking such a beating.
Without Ed giving them news to bring in more buyers VFIN is left doing what they can to leave current buyers with confidence & hope so they can quickly transfer shares to market.

MYEC
That makes perfect sense. Of course more debt is going to sell when there is a PR as the price is "higher" at that point.

Updated info on hotels in Lake Tahoe, just click on "31 posts" on FB page
What did he post. Not on FB. Too many people out there that I don't want to find me. lol.
100% agree with you Highlander!!! PR's did nothing but support the SP enough for the debt sellers to profit more and sell on the way down.
I believe u are 100% correct!! $MYEC$
I believe we have bottomed because it is not in the interest of those converting debt to let it go below .01. They are in control at the moment. Let them get there profits and get the he$l away.
Awesome! Great job! Thanks for sharing!
They may have backed of in the 11th hour on Friday to give the PPS a chance to jump along with the bid in hopes of profiting more Monday. Manipulation.
ED just posted on FB page
Another thing to think about.

For all those that have been concerned as to why PR's haven't pushed us like they used to in the past. My theory:

The PR lost its pop just after Q1 fins. Any good buying volume as a result of a PR was quickly beaten down by the heavy debt selling into it. I always felt like our buying was "peeing into the wind". Now it makes sense. VFIN would let us breath for a day after 4 or so days of blood just to beat us to a pulp again.

Moral to the story is that MYEC will fly on good PRs as it did in the past as soon as the downward debt selling pressure leaves.

I'm a buyer Monday.
Beautiful news and DD. of the debt is now all sold of or even really close then we've bottomed!

Can't be sure about how much of the 300,000,000 in volume was from VFIN, VNDM, AYME last week... But I think 100,000,000 is a conservative estimate.

Could be much more...
Perhaps speculation of insider sales was not appreciated as it did not occur according to the company but talk of sales of debt shares was never really discussed that I recall.
We've traded 300M shares this week alone, most from VFIN, VNDM & AYME.
This could be the last of what's left or they're saving a small stash for higher, next week will tell all.

MYEC
Agreed! That's what I'm seeing too. It makes me very nervous when I see poorly compiled financials. The latest reports tell me they are on track.
