Here's what people need to know when it comes to investing:
-Hindsight is 20/20.
-Long term investors ALWAYS outperform traders.
-Traders ALWAYS lose.
-The greatest investor of ALL TIME follows the long term approach.
Have a great day everyone.
The biggest Flip Flop statement ever for a Flipper!!! Lol
No it's completely UN-predictable.
HINDSIGHT IS 20/20.
I've followed this message board for over 3 years and read every message and EVERYONE HAS BEEN COMPLETELY WRONG ABOUT EVERYTHING
Bad idea to buy, hold, accumulate if you are in penny stocks; good way of going broke. Good idea to flip ELTP because it really is so predictable.
Bad idea.
It's a proven fact you make more money by never selling.
Ask Warren Buffett - The greatest investor of all time.
Also, it's a proven fact that all females outperform all males when it comes to investing. WHY? - Because THEY NEVER SELL!!!!!!!!!
This is why I will never sell and is why I currently have and will continue to make more money than everyone on this board who trades!!!!!!!!!
It's a proven fact that traders underperform the market and underperform ELTP.
All who have tried to trade stocks ALWAYS GET BURNED.
Warren Buffett - "Our favorite holding period is FOREVER".
Hmmmmmmmm!!!!!!! It has been reloading time and now it is time to actively wait for flipping opportunity creation and the ceremonious dumping of shares in the rinse repeat fashion. This has been the most consistent thing about ELTP over the past 3 years. I too am waiting to activate my FlipperMe alias.
Remember last year at the R and R conference Nasrat said "there are a lot of partners".
Here we are 1 YEAR LATER, STILL NO PARTNERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

partnership talks underway
Why do you care if a run is coming????
You said you were a long term investor.
The question was not that Isradipine existed or didn't exist. It was that it should have launched by now and didn't courtesy of CEO who believes generics are bread crumbs but yet dumped 12 of the bread crumb producers on JT for a hefty $10M. No wonder CEO does his best to hype ELTP with his substantiated and undocumented protocols for evaluations, his own, and the mysterious evaluation company.
I do sense that hype is losing its edge; it is not producing like before. Wonder why? Could it be the millions upon millions of new shares in the A/S. I am told that there are 995,000,000 shares. Complicating this fact is the new "oh by the way" there is a 20,000sf addition in the pipeline that could cost millions more in shares. The irony is that Elite already has two facilities which were supposed to accommodate the ART; that 11 ANDA generics were farmed out to Epic. Incidentally the one not farmed out is the one that Elite said it couldn't produce then decided in could produce and hasn't produced to date.
Indeed good sir.....yes indeed Elite has come along way and the DD Longs saw what was coming from a long ways away and let no disturbance detract from gathering shares on the cheap. You and I both know the next run is gearing up and is coming.....you have picked up additional shares recently and I am playing the Bear Raid and sell the news mentality.
This is why you pick up shares below .35.....yes indeed the RUN is coming and we both know it!! $$$$$

1) Pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Modified 135 Ludlow Lease, the Company is permitted to use the entire 35,000 square feet in the building located at 135-137 Ludlow Avenue for the storage of pharmaceutical finished goods, raw materials, equipment and documents as well as engaging in manufacturing, packaging and distribution activities.
Prior to the Modified 135 Ludlow Lease, the Company occupied only 15,000 square feet at the 135 Ludlow location. The Modified 135 Ludlow Lease accordingly represents a significant expansion in the size of the Northvale Facility.
2) Research and development costs for the three months ended June 30, 2014 were $4,020k, an increase of $3,451k or approximately 607% from $238k of such costs for the comparable period of the prior year. The increase was primarily due to increased activities related to the development of Elite’s abuse resistant opioid products.
3) The Company believes that the successful resolution of the monetary bond defaults will have a significant and positive effect on the Company’s operations.
Yes that does sound quite familiar. Good thing I listened to my gut just like I am now.
No more going concern, bond debt issue gone, partnership talks underway, NDA on track to be filed by years end....
Yeah just like ELTP was no good at .125 and the Mountain of cries for selling came and went like a hill of manure.
LMAO "If they exist at all" ....thats a good one.....so what is going to be said when Isradipine is launched??? Heard the same misinformation when the stock was at .06 and Elite was waiting on Methadone to launch.
Problem is all the antihype is being left in the dust. No more going concern and clearing up the bond debt issue.
Quote:
The significant increase in revenues is due to the continued growth and expansion of Elite’s generic product lines
Please do tell. What is happening on all the opioids besides being acclaimed into the pipeline. Yes I know, they are just in the pipeline.
Noticed that the revenue clip was removed and probably for good reason. There is not much there compared to the expenditures and we don't want to call attention to that. We also didn't mention the potential of additional dilution to pay for the dream 20,000sf addition that is designed to produce the 11 ANDAs that Epic will be doing for the substantial cut nor does it say what the current facilities, intended to take care of generics and ART, will be dedicated to. Oh don't say, they will continue producing the 8 generics.
Oh! Is there doubt? Should there be after all CEO said so! CEO said $5.00 then it must be $5.00.
Maybe two years ago they were considered good hype drugs if they exist at all.
Simple math
Attend Rodman Renshaw for confirmation. I think the price has gone up since last year. Or ask at the CC what % of pain market they expect to take .
You are correct. He stated he would look into why the two drugs awaiting FDA approval are undisclosed. Maybe we learn what they are. We also know from a CC about 2 years ago that they were considered "base hits" so neither considered major revenue generators.
