The well was shut in and when they brought it on it was making 192 a day. They said that the pressure was too high at 1100psi and needed to produce the well some to get the pressure down. I said then that the pressure was not too high and if they wanted to produce the well at 192 or whatever they could get fine, but don't tell everyone the pressure is too high at 1100psi. I also said then that the oil production would decrease. They did not shut the well in while it was making 192 a day, it bled down and the water started to come back. The oil will float and encroach as the well is shut in. It has a pressure build up from being shut in. The oil and gas are light so they come roaring out of the tubing when you open the well back up, as the pressure starts to fall and the oil that has crept in comes out, the water comes back. This is what they were waiting on, not the 1100psi to come down. Not being negative, just honest. ROLL TECO ROLL
