Investigating more about the delisting of a securi

1- CDFT delisting was from OTC BB and so is stated on the filing.
2- CDFT could trade on the pink according to this article below.
3- The reason it is not trading in the Pink is the effect of the suspension and not for the delisting.
4- The reason for their voluntary delisting from the OTC BB was because since they could not trade for the suspension effect, they were not going to be able to raise funds to pay for the audits and expenses related to maintaining their current status.
Do I think they will come back? yes, I hope so. But I think they will do so when they can show growth in their financials for credibility.
I am no expert and all is my opinion. I am holding my certs.
OTC Market
Once a company is delisted, its stock will begin trading on the OTC market. There are two separate OTC markets a stock can trade on. The bulletin board, or OTC BB, market is an electronic quotation system operated by a private network of brokerage firms. If the company is in real trouble and cannot meet the relatively low listing requirements for OTC BB, its stock will begin trading on the Pink Sheets market, or OTC PK. There are no listing requirements for OTC PK, so a company cannot be delisted from this market.
