Read the post I posted on Ihub Saturday. I had the same question.  The 10Q mentions "  After our meeting this week with our technical consultants, it seems that the probability of large oil production is unlikely from these 3 laterals."  I read on Ihub that these same technical consultants projected the 192 BPD because that is what it was initially producing for a short time.  Then they PR'd it.  That is why I have posted on Ihub numerous times for Treaty to "shut up, put up and then speak".  Bull and blind both posted back to me that Treaty has learned some lessons and won't post BPD until sufficiently proven through analysis. Treaty has over-spoken a few times this year.
