The company is headed up by Peter Hellwig who has spent 20 years as an executive for Fortune 500 and Fortune 100 companies on the consultancy side working specifically in mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning and business development. He has spent the last 5 to 10 years with starting up developmental stage companies and getting them prepared for the public market.
