The most valuable thing in life for me is health ... As long as they don't take that away from me I'm fine.. Money I can always work hard for it.. But it sucks to get sucked... Pink CEOs are shady.. But when they want they do get their ticker symbol running.
I'm in penny land I was up 125% on this stock and I didn't take profits at all. But it's fine you learn from your mistakes but I'm still long and I'm confident... Anyways there is always the big market for swings and bounces that I play for a nice change $.. But it hurts and it does piss me off. I been on pinks that got delisted all my money gone.. But it's the game we play. But once u hit the jackpot u got plenty for more.. My advice is put a good amount in pinks but not too much.. At least not your whole capital. And always make money on other plays.. UNGS is my only long term play .. I swing anything else or play the bounce intraday... Help is always welcomed and I liked that I have that.. Plenty of it. But back to you Howard I told people about MINE and some ended up with 400-600% profits.. Very grateful.. I still can see this stock making a turn around .. I'm not selling now ... Someone out there is grabbing shares at this levels idk if it's a third party but I'm dead sure this isn't over (ALL IN MY OPINION)

I don't think so at this point. Artemis vending tech is a one day old website that isn't operational. If they were linked to the Romanian company, then why is the registrant unknown?
I think the deal with signifi was dead when the logo changed on otc and budbank.us was registered. The bayp* deal didn't even close until after the deal with signifi was already dead. Wayne didn't announce it until today so that he could continue to dump into the volume created by expectation for the last 2 weeks, thus vndm, vfin, and ayme. This may go up if a website shows some new stuff or something, but something stinks.
Believe me, I would love to be wrong and if proven so, would buy back in with all 18 million shares, so I welcome any to sell me on it.

I am saying He flat out knew from the get go that the signify deal was not even possible, but the intent without any substance would allow him to make the speculation fly for a few months plus, while He cashed in on the speculation and used false posters to hype that speculation.
I know a lot about oil & gas fields, their value and when they are overdone.

Right of Ways and Marginal gas wells, Especially shut in Wells with no production are worth very little.
Same with Marginal Oil Wells as they generally cost more to produce than they payout or just break even.
There is countless prospects in the oil & gas industry that are put together, sold off and are bust from day one.
Won't even pay off in 20 to 25 years if they keep producing.
Right of Ways in general have no value unless they connect to producing wells, are maintained and most likely have a yearly fee due, but not always in a case where they screwed a surface owner into a one time fee for access.
See the surface owner does not always also have the mineral interest which means they only get money from the access and nothing from the production of the well.
Mineral interest can be reserved away from the surface in a lot of states by reserving through a deed at time of sale of the surface. Happens all the time, and it is what is called a severed mineral owner.
I saw the signs, Anderson has the history, and We were coaxed along on the BS because We are honest people that still have faith that most people are honest.

What really made me unnerved about this play was how Wayne told everyone in the filings that he was going to sell his oil and gas assets to an unnamed buyer. Then around the date that the signifi deal was supposed to close, he all of a sudden announces he is selling his assets to BAYP instead! which ON THE VERY SAME DAY Bayport does a REVERSE SPLIT!!!!!!!! I have never seen something like that in my entire trading time here on ihub. That had to be planned.
WOW~! That is just nasty. I feel sorry for the BAYP shareholders more than anything. They lost everything. And after looking at the filing you can see WAYNE just dumping away into UNGS all the while. Selling shares to accredited investors to dump into the public.
I know his kind. They just sit on the phone all day and con people. Thats all they know how to do. They sell shares at a discount to investors for cash.
Just disgusting. Well now UNGS is supposedly a shell with an mj website and 4 million in receivables? or do we not get those receivables.. Wayne just gets the money and the company goes bankrupt. thats more like it considering what kind of salaries and bonuses he pays to himself.
