Unfortunately, I had to sell this for a big loss today. Some folks definitely saw this crap early on, but here is why I sold:
Budbank.us was created on the same day as that which the accounting firm was changed, which was also when Vic Grover left the building. Wayne led people to believe that the websites were going to launch all the way through this week and that the machine would launch with them. With the signify deal dead, the only way that could have happened was with artemis. The "agreement" with artemis was july 31. He announced last week,that the new sites would be up this week. The only site that launched this week was the artemis site, which is one day old and is not the same company that I was posting, but how convenient that there is an obscure foreign company with a similar name. How do you find (last minute) and make a deal with a Romanian company that has no website? And this it's a tech company focused on connectivity(M2M)?
The ungs subsidiary SLMI, or whatever, is all about holding notes over other companies. Wayne now has "confidentially" termed notes for previously underperforming assets held over another company that just had a failed entry into the mj space and a r/s. BTW, he now has no employees, equipment, land or any other issues to tend to. Wayne will now get paid by dumping into bayp*. Bayp*'s r/s was in preparation for wayne to be able to dump. It's wayne's world and he is definitely not worthy.
I have a masters degree and have been an engineer for real publicly traded companies like RBCN and VMI. Anyone who believes that a private company head like Shamira has the time or interest in answering emails about publicly traded companies when no one has ever even been able to get a hold of Wayne himself, is just not being honest with themselves. She would never refer to artemis as a "foreign" company when she is already in a different country than us and she for damn sure would never say the phrase "cannabis related stuff" to a stranger in an email.
And I was greatly offended by the posters who posted those fake comments. The one about artemis being really good at medical vending was especially stupid sounding.
Also, it is weird that budbank was the name of choice when budbank.com is the name of a website for a previously sec suspended ticker wbx*. This ticker was dying and wayne was milking it before it went bankrupt or got suspended, whichever he can get away with longer. He's been dumping here and now he can dump at bayp*. Proof that bayp*'s attempted entry into and then withdrawal from the mj space was just a pump. And now wayne holds their notes which are not mj related now, so even if ungs gets suspended, he will still be getting paid by dumping over at bayp*.
The kicker was this, while trying to decide if I should sell today, I noticed in a past report that another Anderson had recently passed away and I noticed how wayne used that to pay himself via the wayne estate and that was also the beginning of the end for this company, IMO. As wayne used to be a podiatrist, it seems he may have developed some habits before leaving the medical field, the kind that require you to sell infinite stock and assets at risk of legal action.
I'm so sorry for all who have lost as I had over 18 million shares, but I wouldn't suggest hanging around for a shell with an invisible ceo, no assets besides notes over a ticker that now holds this company's old underperforming assets, and a relationship with a company whose website is one day old and named similarly to but not the same as a Romanian company that actually has the right tech. Wayne got me with that one, as Artemis really is vending tech, but he is not working with them. I saw PrimarySnail figured that out.
He couldn't have been honest when touting the website launches for this week (when artemis (plan b) had been "involved" since july 31). He wouldn't have "signed a license agreement" with artemis before the deal with signify was dead. A deal that is pr'd for almost a year is killed by the canadian government 2 days ago? Because of the structure that would have been on paper? With no mj license involved? Please, if that was the problem they could have stuck with the signifi medical brand for pharmacies and waited until they could market it for bud. This guy has been doing everything he can to string folks along for as long as possible. Everything is either coming soon or cancelled. I'm no pro but I have been in a suspended ticker before and the same feeling is back. I'm going back to chart plays.

This play took the life out of me. I was dumb and didnt sell out high when I had the chance because I have been busy with my personal business. luckily my average was low to begin with and didnt cause too much damage. I had positive DD on this and it turned out to not even matter because supposedly two days ago the merger magically falls through because its "not the right time for signifi" I MEAN WTF!!!!!! WTF IS THAT JAFFER! ANDERSON!?. I suspected something was wrong when the icon logo was changed on the otc market a few weeks back. something is wrong about the way they handled this. To me.. This is complete bullsh**. How are companies allowed to string people along like this with proposals that they know are unlikely to go through ALL THE WHILE SELLING SHARES DUMPING INTO THE FLOAT!! What did Jaffer get out of putting her company name on the line saying in a press release that SIGNIFY was getting in to the MMJ field with UNGS? Anderson really pulled an elaborate scheme and I must say I was fooled. I got fooled last year by the same type merger scam in STO*. I cant believe it. I am so disgusted with the otc market right now. dont even ask me for another stock pick for a long time I am fed up with pennystock scams.
