MINE Company info 08/15/2014 23:27:22 $MINE
there's a difference between hype (OTC MJ in general) and real results. if $MINE develops and markets a MJ drink, it will sell, and probably a hell of a lot more than $MNST ever has.

snoop dogg would make a great celeb endorser.
The MJ card is overplayed, what OTC company ISN'T involved in MJ somehow (or claims to be). Most of the major marijuana stocks have retracted 50-80% from Spring highs..

As for celebrity endorsements, we'll see what happens...actions speak louder than words
No PMs man but I figured that I'm not that worried about it I'm done here
Great write up. Good luck on your entry point. Luckily most of us already found ours. Perhaps the amount of products hitting the street and the next string of pr's and products will "bake" in a tighter float than today's. You may just want many entry points, if this is a success, their all good down here.
i find it pretty hilarious you think a brand new drink company with a MJ product in development would need "tens of millions" in sales to justify a $30M market cap.

investors pay a premium for growth, and OTC investors pay up for a non-toxic balance sheet. $MINE is definitely moving in that direction!

oh, and one more thing -- remember the new PR firm? being on the sidelines as celebrity endorsements are announced could be a bad move. jmho.
Personally I think the stock is overvalued with a ~$30M market cap and I just don't see immediate upside to buying right now. I think mostly everything upcoming has already been factored into the share price. Is the product real? Sure. I'm not sure I believe it's already "on hundreds of shelves" according to the PR when barely anyone has been able to find it yet. IMO the company has to prove itself now - see what revenues are like 3 months, 6 months, a year from now and extrapolate projections from there. Right now it's a shot in the dark if the products will succeed or fail..too early to tell.

Looking at the past, the last 10-Q shows $7,234 in sales for February - April 2014. I know the past isn't everything, but this company is not going to go from $7K in sales to 10's of millions in months to justify the current market cap. I don't care how good a product claims to be, it takes massive effort (and some luck) to build a brand, market, and attract consumers.

These products are still in their extreme infancy and there's no way to tell how a product will perform until it's on the shelves and getting feedback from real consumers and sales numbers roll in. And by consumer feedback I don't mean shareholders who are biased (funny how it already has 30+ 'amazing' reviews on Amazon when there is a 6-10 day delivery time, and nobody has even received it yet.)

If it's such a steal down here, why aren't these rich CEO's/former CEO's affiliated here (Big Red/Red Bull) buying shares hand over fist?

Argue what you will, but the price action speaks for itself. Shareholders here are trading amongst themselves and at the same battling with financiers (i.e. BMAK) who continue to dump their cheap shares (as low as .0003) daily. Not even accounting for more that are sure to hit from the additional 1B added to the A/S. And yes, I know some are reserved from Preferred shares and for endorsements, but some are also earmarked to give to financiers for convertible debt.
Congrats on your trades, the first run of products was a trial/ test with not nearly the revs it would take to produce anything. The share increase you speak of have been a dead horse discussion, done with that. I got in at 0015. I buy the product to see how I feel about.. Boost totally works and doesn't taste like ground up Smarties like the competition does. Fizz is a healthy product, the portfolio of beverages is just in it's infancy here. The world class B.O.D. / intellectual property isn't exactly chump change. You either believe they are doing what they say, or.... It's a scam? Well, I have my gut telling me to let this run till the fat lady sings. I'm willing to wait however long. If I was looking for a trade I would go back to some bullshit that's bleeding to death and cross my fingers. Instead I will wait for numbers and more products here, and no worries here.
MINE $$$$ This is awesome news!...but the shipping is a bit pricey thru Amazon...so, I've sent a product request to my local grocery stores to make VitaminFIZZ available for consumers! Can't wait to see it on the shelves!!!!
CoffeeBoost is being shipped with VitaminFizz to save costs..they took out there debt and now need to grow before a share buyback..You seem educated..Sometimes you gotta believe,This management team is first class and proven having built several brands..give them time..
I'm actually not angry at all I made some nice trades off this stock my first entry was .0016 to .0135 (I felt it was overvalued but it did run to .045) and had some nice trades after that with minor losses.

I like this stock at .005
You still have a lot of reading to do. That's what I got out of your post. Good luck also. Oh and maybe I'm wrong but you sound angry.
I don't care if the president owns this stock, I'm going to state my opinion just to join the discussion thats what I am a member here to do.

This is my opinion and it is just that... my opinion if you don't want to talk to me don't reply to my topic.. easy. Okay lets start off by facts, fact the company last reported outstanding shares were about 2.5 billion, and they recently raised the authorized shares to 3.5 billion (1 billion share increase!). Everyone has forgotten about Coffee Boost which was in everyones mind THE NEXT BIG ENERGY DRINK... right? EVERYONE DRINKS COFFEE! Fact recently the energy drink sector has taken a big hit as more people want to be health conscious.

If coffee boost was so successful and doing so good and this company is so REAL.. why can't they fund majority of the Vitamin Fizz production with the GREAT REVENUES that coffee boost bought in? Why are they increasing the shares and not decreasing the shares since this is so successful? or they managing their money poorly? Are they pocketing all these shares? Every is throwing money at this stock left and right. Wheres all the money going?

No major companies are even going to look at MINE anytime soon. If a major corporation is going to buy any company they will go after one with proven products and proven revenues, lets face it.. Lets say "Company b" since "company A" is out of the question with their recent investment. Why would "company B" buy a company with a 26 million dollar market cap when they can just go start their own company (sparkling water, and energy drink shot company) for half the price. Plus they have to pay more then the current market cap cause then shareholders won't be happy? Right? So today MINE closed with about a 26 million market cap so tomorrow lets say "company B" decides to buy MINE they will have to raise it lets say 10% which brings it to about 29 Million dollars for a company with no proven sales or product??!? Really? "Compaby B" could start their own spin off for half the price!

No CUSTOMER not shareholder is buying Vitamin Fizz on amazon for $25 for a case of 12, you can get another brand for half the price (which they probably already tasted) and get it shipped for free from Amazon. This is just a way for the company to make more money off its loyal shareholders. Lets face it guys no one except shareholder purchased Vitamin Fizz today or tomorrow or the next day. Just another way for the company to take money out of your pocket and put it in theirs.

DIdnt MINE just change their fiscal year? I do not follow every PR about this company so I can be wrong, but isn't that going to delay their 10Q longer? Are they just trying to delay the time so they can dump these shares? Whats really going on behind the scenes?

WAKE UP

Hey I could be wrong and you guys could be right maybe somehow this hits .10 one day. Im just stating my opinion feel free to state yours or you can ignore everything I said and continue to buy and hope for the best. I wish everyone luck with their investments, if they are in MINE or not.
In regards to my earlier posts, I was not "bashing" MINE. I have been following and invested in this stock since april. Not as long as some here, but I am a long and continue to be. I was just trying to make the point of, not getting to excited about amazon sales, because as of now consumers are not getting there money worth with the purchase and that's just the bottom line. On that not I have much faith in this company, especially the management...Top tier like if you ask me...like I said back and April. Once this does become prime though...sparkling ICE who?
And there are lots and lots of billion dollar companies out there. Especially for a company that has stellar products.
You are right on target.
Really, company still has to do a lot to succeed. Make a company and grow, its not easy its a process that takes time. There is no overnight success, so be patience. Company is working in right direction, all you have to do is to wait and see company succeed and revenue coming in gradually. All you have to see company is taking actions in right direction! Patience is the key.
So so right, bought, holding and waiting for bigger company to buy us after national roll out..
My wife and I,Own a lot of this stock and I hate people who bash it..The longs on this board are strong and deserve more outside attention...We own something truly special here,I guarantee a bigger company comes calling after it rolls national..As I've said before ,I want preferred shares of whoever buys us..
Wise words.

Marked you.
