You are correct he never said when they would be published. There is plenty of dd if everyone just researched and not be swayed by bashers postings.
After doing some quick digging, Ed never said Audited Fins would be "published" that i could find, however I found the below images. Which only states they would be finished by Q2. Its everyone DRINKING TO MUCH "KOOL-AID" or always ASSuming, (DR) that a stock that's starts under a penny is a scam.
Do your own DD and understand what you are reading and not reading into. I thought ED said this as well because I didn't verify this myself until tonight.

The ONLY statement made was , the audit should be done on or AROUND the 15th, at which time a form 10 would be PREPARED ... WHEN the form 10 is complete,it will be filed with SEC///

With the amount of shares that have been dumped in the past few days Im pretty happy at where we stand. Im sure you remember when we had to cycle thru debt conversion and reached lows of .0012 just before we started climbing. I don't think this going to be any different at this point.
The catalyst that were all waiting for are imminent and if they start to trickle in we have nothing to worry about. On the other side of the coin if they don't we have a lot to worry about. btw, you've done a lot of for this board much props!
