ERGOKONZEPT prepares a listing in Germany Berlin, 14.08.2014 - due to the strong demand for shares of ERGOKONZEPT PLC and the acquisition of another company by the ERGOKONZEPT AG the management of ERGOKONZEPT PLC has decided, to abandon the listing in the GXG markets in London for the benefit of a timely placement on a German Stock Exchange. On necessary consolidated closing balance sheet of the Ergokonzept group is currently working with high pressure. The German Stock Exchange provides strong demand customized simplified order of securities for the investors and opened to investors in a timely and quick execution of transfer based on their interests in their depots.
