GRCU Recent activities 08/15/2014 15:19:07 $GRCU

"On July 29, 2014, the Company and Meki Cox, Marketing Director, terminated the Employment Agreement dated June 1st 2014. The termination without cause was based upon the Board of Directors
determination to outsource the marketing functions being performed by Ms. Cox to a third party to reduce operating expenses
GRCU IS PHENOMENAL!!! Ever since Calkin was announced CEO, I have been his BIGGEST fan and knew he is building something special. NEVER a doubt in my mind EVER. GRCU doesn't screw around. They get things done. PPS will follow. Not worried about daily fluctuations.

I thought my first sell would be after 1 year, but now i'm thinking years (plural).

I was able to add 500k in the last month. 20.5mil LONG AND STRONG!!!

GET READY FOR HUGE REVENUES (THINK, PROFIT MARGIN)!!!!! NATIONAL MARKETING CAMPAIGN COMING!!!$$$$$$$$

LONG GRCU!!!!!!!$$$$$$$$4
Looks like they just added to the bottom of the site page "This site is currently in Test Mode. We will be accepting orders soon!"
Yea, the website is a little too basic and weak by today's standards. Oh well, we'll see what next week brings us. At least they were on time twice in a row.
People just want to see millions of dollars in profits right off the bat and that is not realistic.
Nothing is wrong...give it time to get out there....be patient...is the company doing what they say they would do? the PPS will not only follow but explode....
Hope Calkin ordered enough CBD capsules to keep up with the demand. I also noticed that the Yield Sign is still present on the OTC market website. I am virtually positive that sign will be removed shortly.
I like the parts of the website it loads awesome, but they need to get rid of the big sunset background, and add some content about the company and CBD. That will help with the SEO and drive more orders.
Just like you said......your thought. Stay tune
ALOHA FRIDAY GRCU- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kOvS34KxsQU

HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND!

EXPECTING MORE PRODUCTS
OVER WEEKEND !!!!!
GRCU 'GM_Tech' Bigger News Is Coming Huge GRCU Share Reduction !!!
Id like to know how many bottles we have in stock
I thought the Q was the "blockbuster news" that was supposed to rocket GRCU to the moon. What happened? Why are investors not impressed?
There should be no long here that is surprised by a red close on a Friday with news. Let's be real here, how many times have we seen this pattern? Let's not play games. All is fine, just wait out the weekend.
We are 100% in agreement. In contrast to GRCU's employment agreements, several of the other OTC stocks I've owned have chosen to book a liability for the CEO's salary (i.e. salaries payable) for several quarters/years, and then the company eventually announces 'great news' via a PR that it is clearing away debt off the books.

What the company ends up doing is issuing shares to the CEO to wipe the accumulated salaries payable balance off of the books. And since the stock is usually way down just prior to this 'debt satisfaction', the CEO ends up getting several hundred million common shares to wipe the salaries payable off of the books, because the share price is in the crapper.

If, for example, the stock was trading at .0005, a million shares would need to be issued to the CEO to satisfy each $500 owed in back salary. And 100 million shares would need to be issued to satisfy $50k in salaries payable.

By Robert Calkin accepting the static figure of 4 million shares for the 12 month period, regardless of the performance of the stock, he has demonstrated his confidence in the value of GRCU stock. And when a CEO of an OTC company demonstrates confidence and respect for the stock, the market tends to follow (because it is such a rarity in OTC land).

As always, simply my opinion.

Quote:
I think it is even better to consider that for the CEO of GRCU Robert Calkin to be taking only 4 million shares for his annual salary versus some huge amount of shares or money generated through dilution like some CEOs do to pay for a huge salary... this leads me to think that he is confident that he is going to make sure that those 4 million shares of GRCU will be well worth something significant for all of his work and efforts that he is putting forth into growing the company. This further leads me to think that something major is on the horizon. This is why I really like the risk versus reward here with GRCU. Thanks for that clarification.

GRCU
Going to gap big time when that BLOCKBUSTER NEWS hits

#GRCU
Yea its pretty disappointing! Was expecting much more today!
