The continued deep decline of the pps unfortunatel

The continued deep decline of the pps unfortunately does not support that contention......and if that was in fact the strategy then where are the californians and the people in the know.....why arent they buying especially at these ridiculouslycheap prices? Usually they are the ones who are first in the line.
Doesnt matter.....i have a good TDameritrade investment advisor that is digging right now and making his phone calls. I will get a clearer picture here very soon.
