Word!! We don't know how it will play out but debt has been cleared, assets have been sold, and company is making progress. It will be interesting to see if they already have placements or not... the PR's would lead one to infer that they might.

I understand why some are disappointed with the Signifi deal being canceled. However, I think this deal with Artemis Dispensing Technologies will work out well for us UNGS shareholders. I have a feeling we will learn this to be the case as more is released. I'm fine with what they did. I have no problem waiting to see what will further materialize.

I don't understand the mentality of those who sold today. Selling today means the PPS was already reflecting the merger with Signify, which makes no sense.
No, the PPS we were at was representative of the anticipation of activities going on within the company. Maybe with the signify merger verified we would have been worth more, but this news is still big!
First, the deal to sell the assets was completed and thus we have capital and no more need of dilution.
Second, we are going to be selling MMJ dispensing machines! This is a great direction for the company to head into. The last company that announced this is sitting quite a bit higher in PPS.
Even if we don't get the boost to the PPS we wanted from the Signify deal, we should still see some nice $$$.

I'm not buying more today, and I'm not selling today either. Just can't tell where this will move yet. I'll wait until Monday to see how it opens, as I think that will be a good indicator on the short-term future of UNGS.
