Anybody here have more in depth info regarding Spa

Anybody here have more in depth info regarding Spartan Bay? Is there much to it or was it only started recently only for the purpose of pumping icpa? I find very little on it online besides superficial skin deep only. Is it only a front or is there solid flesh behind it? I am trying to reshred through his past PR's to see what is solid and what is share selling purpose only.
