Yup and the NOL forward is huge. Corporate tax rate is around 20%. This means they pay NO TAXES ON FIRST 150 MILLION PROFIT!!!
And Calkin paid 75k for the shell. Who's the genius now? Lol.

GRCU
Translation - you are talking about previous company, not green cures debt
Bottom line for me is:

- Very professional report. Informative and clear and seems to hit all the accounting requirements as far as disclosure, etc.

- Seems that the company is trying to grow cautiously and prudently, sticking to their core business at a pace that is realistic.

- Compensation to officers and others in shares seems more than reasonable. They will get rich when we do, not at our expense.

- Seems that they borrowed only what was needed to keep the business going. A very good sign that they understand that debt is not great.

IMO

LONG GRCU
100% and it looks as though there is a very talented person building that site...but we shall see...
I just see a bigger picture here and when/if we see the ALLCBD.COM site up and running....well that will solidify my thoughts..
Translation... The Company may have to reduce its operating expenses and to seek additional funding through debt and/or equity offerings. Investment capital for expansion most likely secured.
YUP volume will start to build again and as soon as the nitwits realize hitting the ask and building the PPS so we can go higher is much more profitable then saving 8% and paying 40% on a quick flip and keeping the PPS down...There is just so much potential here and people trade it like it has no potential but hey that is just me and my view...I could be totally confused here...

MM staged a huge step down, 2 steps .o119 to .0115 then .011
Cool brother

Cool
I wouldn't be surprised if the website goes live tonight. It doesn't need to be during the trading day.
Thank You, many things to ponder.

All Good.
