The financials will not change the classificaton by themselves but in my conversations w brokers the main things that cause them to restrict buying are lack of published financials and a pps below 1c.

Many have reported for a long time that many are waiting for published financials before buying so published financials should raise pps above 1c-and this should eliminate restrictions on buying at some brokers. CWRN has not changed the share strucure since 2010- as reported by the Nov 17 PR-

so these things would also be aids in reinstating dtc eligibility-which some brokers simply use as an excuse to restrict trading because brokers have never liked penny stocks anyway. In fact many months ago td financial rep told me cwrn was not on any restricted list even though td was already restricting buying-an internal td decision.
