February 1, 2014 and closed on February 25, 2014 wherein Privileged World Travel Club, Inc., a
Delaware corporation, (1) purchased the Company’s entire business, including all assets; (2) assumed all
of the Company’s outstanding debts; and (3) agreed to indemnify the Company from any and all claims
related thereto for a purchase price consisting of 4,062,500 shares of common stock of Privileged World
Travel Club, Inc. As such, the financial statements reflect no operations, zero assets and zero liabilities
as of February 25, 2014. Investors are cautioned that even though the financial statements reflect no
operations, zero assets and zero liabilities as of February 25, 2014, none of the Company’s creditors
agreed to the assumption of the Company’s outstanding debts by Privileged World Travel Club, Inc. and
that if Privileged World Travel Club, Inc. is unable to honor its obligations to satisfy the Company’s
outstanding debts, then those creditors will have a claim against the Company."
Which states, in essences, that if PVCL can not continue to satisfy the debt obligations negotiated between it and the company (GRCU), all creditors, will have a claim against the company GRCU.

Respectfully, your thoughts are not the case. It would be different if Privileged World Travel Club, Inc. was hiding out or had created the situation to where they would have ceased to exist. However, such was not the case. Because of this, the assumption of the Company’s outstanding debts by Privileged World Travel Club, Inc. does not need to be agreed upon by the Privileged World Travel Club, Inc. creditors. Privileged World Travel Club, Inc. is not running or hiding from the responsibility of such liabilities.
Any old debt that any of the old past creditors incurred through Privileged World Travel Club, Inc. will be sought after through Privileged World Travel Club, Inc. and not GRCU.
If Privileged World Travel Club, Inc. is unable to honor its obligations to satisfy the debt they created, that will be between Privileged World Travel Club, Inc. and their creditors. Those creditors will "not" have a claim against GRCU for anything that they were not responsible for originating. I have seen companies do this numerous times over the years. GRCU is fine with how they have done things.
