they have tested potential buyers' feed stock
prox that sell for (imo) 5M to 9M aren't paid for (budgeted) out of petty cash
they hired a CFO who took one third of his salary in stock (50k) in March
this CFO would have been privy to that $495k purchase order to complete 4 and 5 noted out of Q1's filing last month
4 and 5 were 75% complete as of AGM (Dec 2013)
clearly some of those (or all) potential buyers have been converted
next round out of mgmt imo

8k filed on national co. noted on 7.1.14
if this co. with *decades of experience and leverage* is indeed setting up
a division for P2O
i'd suggest that there are other *possibilities* in play for P2O within the coming 5 years
this truly isn't rocket science
but the successful early adopter re: this emerging and disruptive tech
will ride a rocket .. as in begetting generational wealth
