Options Media Group Holdings, Inc. Updates Shareholders
Options Media Group Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB:OPMG), now known as SafeonTheMove™, a leading provider of mobile applications software, today provided a Company update to shareholders and other interested parties. Chairman of the Board, Keith St. Clair, reported today that the Company is on target in its business plan, following a comprehensive review and corporate restructure.
"I am pleased that, despite the delays we encountered as a result of the recent Superstorm Sandy, our new team is moving forward, additional financing has been secured, and that our unique suite of solutions to the expanding problem of distracted driving, 'TextOnHold™' responsible texting product, and 'PushForPanic™', a personal security application, will soon be introduced to the consumer market."
SafeonTheMove™ will also announce a major acquisition of a company with complementary technology next week, under which management of that company becomes an investor in SafeonTheMove™.
St. Clair pointed to progress made by Harrington Multi Media Marketing, which has scripted the Company's infomercial and has already filmed testimonials. Completion of the commercial will be accomplished shortly, and will be released with a significant television time buy, accompanied by an extensive promotional, advertising and web-centered social media campaign that is driven by the "As seen on TV" campaign. We all have seen the public awareness campaigns that were prominent in the Olympics and since then. Cogniance is assisting SafeonTheMove™ in developing its compendium of products for the Android, Blackberry and Apple IOS operating systems, which will be ready for the launch of the radio and television commercials.
