Agreed and 500k to boot, yeah it just doesn't add up. MM #24 for you, hit me back if you like. Good night all and good luck.

I did come up with Artemis International Solutions (The Gores Group) They Help with companies that are in Merger & Acquistions
to move Quickly and Efficiently to complete Transactions
Don't think so!

Artemis is a multifaceted IT solutions provider offering end-to-end IT solutions. We offer everything from computer sales and support to network design and installation, hosting, co-location, Web development, and software development.

I mean the company (Artemis) is going to perform all that stuff build, sell, license, train people everything that signifi does for dispensing machines but for some reason you can't find any information on Artemis this large company I'm predicting that is no where to be found....weird in my
Mind. It's either a company in another country or signifi itself.
Well in the filings the sentence began with licensing agreement. Then it went into them making the devices maybe signifi is making them and Artemis is just the other part of the company we don't know about and they mentioned it because they hadn't mentioned it in any PR yet...
What about this Artemis?:
http://artemisit.com/industries-served/retail/
I didn't see anthing on automated dispensaries, they may make the guts for it but I didn't get that feeling they do that after looking over the site. Anyway, good job and keep digging I will do the same . GN

UNGS$$
Yeah I agree. I think signifi just might not want to use their name in the US not sure why but just like INTOS and that other Netherlands company there seperate but still talk and are connected. I think that green lab was just to test the product. It says Greenscape Laboratories, Inc. was founded for the purpose of ensuring the safety of cannabis by providing advanced assistance in testing consumable products for both chemical and foreign contaminants meaning it just has something to do with a company out of US...maybe..
Signifi does refer to their Automated Retail Technology as ART:

http://www.signifi.com/index.php/about-us.html

http://www.retailcustomerexperience.com/topic...ed-retail/

https://www.facebook.com/AutomatedRetailTechnology
Could be a play on words, it states

Upon launch and sales of the product, Artemis will be responsible for the installation, training and customer support for
the hardware and software.

last pr said once the launch of the website the new dispensary product will be available for sale.

The product could be finished and ready, they may have been talking in general terms according to the agreement.

These are the sites I was looking at
http://www.artemistech.co.in

https://www.ibm.com/smarterplanet/global/file...ochure.pdf

The second one talks about Artemis and there technology in Canada and involves IBM which is involved with signifi and stuff.

All IMO!
Your right about the ARTT symbol also, that company has nothing to do with kiosks anyway. So you maybe on to something, only time will tell. UNGS
I won't lie that ARRT company someone mentioned isn't the company I don't think. They would have typed out the symbol in the financials like they did for BAYP a few lines above. That's why they (.....) the name Artemis. If you google and search and search. There is a company in Europe that makes specializes in that type of technology if you look hard enough. I believe IMO it's a sister company of Signifi that hasn't been uncovered yet and is specifically for the US market...hopefully maybe.
Could it be a new name for a known company? I did not like the developing part of the filing, when the last news stated that they will have their dispensing product for sale, that would imply that it was out of development stages. Getting confusing man, might take a week off and just check back to see what has happened, hopefully be pleasantly surprised.

Im unable to find anything on Artemis, that supposedly will be developing automated dispensing products for Sylois. Just weird!

May be we are getting ahead of the game! Given time it will play out, and I am expecting ta win
Long as you can still seeing a club we'll be OK. Seems we always do better when you're on the course.
