seems 2me, big volume dumping but the stock held-up really well,,,so it weathered a nice storm, so we need not much up buyers,,, to get this going back into the teens.
They did not change bottlers they added an additional one to create an extra million bottles a month to support the demand of the product
It was stated that they changed bottlers, anybody know why? I'm thinking to avoid paying the bill but if somebody knows I'm eager to learn.
Convertible notes once off restriction and sold go to the float.
Here is the way I keep track of it:
Authorized Shares, (AS) (maximum amount of shares the company can issue, unless they increase the AS, which we all know happens way too often in the OTC realm.)
Outstanding Shares, (OS) should be lower than the AS, but again in stinky pinky, many times they can be equal to the AS, but cannot exceed it.
Float, (the amount of shares available to retail). This is normally lower than the OS, especially if a company is constantly awarding restricted shares and the disparity lies between the aforementioned restricted time frame., (6 months).
When the A/S, O/S and Float are all the same, you know the company has one of two options.
1) Perform a reverse split and start the process all over again.
2) Increase the A/S to dilute more.

When they convert notes into common stock, this shares go to the Float?
I think that no, that shares are restricted and don't increment the size of Float, right?
Interesting. But for the shareholders which actually did make it to California for the meeting. I believe it's a good idea to give them the details as to where they need to be. Instead of them having to hear last minute that they will be part of a CC from their hotels. A little expensive and waste of time IMHO.

Yes maybe, the info is a little bit ambiguous or not very clear and accurate but what i see, it is your imagination that is very productive!
They are working on a contract with Publix. This should be the reason that why they have a agreement to increase the production. But if you read correctly, it is POTENTIALY.
So, now, the only things to now is how much % do you think they will get this contract ?
Evaluate with your personal risk/rewards ?
The rest is only Blablabla....
Would be a good idea that someone tape the conference call and post it on here tomorrow.
Well the Facebook post also does not state no face to face conference. They may still have a meeting for shareholders in their office. Does it state strictly that the shareholder conference is just a conference call? Does it state an estimated time the conference should take place? Does the previous PR about the conference state a location? Is there any indication that the location is no longer relevant or that the conference for shareholders is no longer taking place there? Is there any relevance to the fact that the shareholder meeting is strictly a conference call?
