Quick question: Why does the website say the company was incorporated in 2010 in Colorado when this screen shot is from 2009 and it's the same Florida address that it has now.

Stocks 9 out of 10 times, has the pps climb to higher numbers, following these filings. If you panic and dump at the open you will miss out. Some of us are just going to watch and grab everyone's panic cheapies, they dump. This is new to some and will exit early, but that would be costly. This is already a pink, so it cant be dropped to the pinks.
And if you plan to dump first this, Mel has confirmed that he plans a press release tomorrow. He said this was also so that they could focus their money on this new deal theyve been working on. And once that is flowing, they will be back to fully reporting. Using the new revenues.
With 382 investors on record, he cant delist the stock. That would have needed to be 300 or less to do that. That isnt his intent, which is why he filed this to not have to file everything and payee fees until its establish and larger money is coming in. Mel said this is planed to get DNA products ramped up, and that, if theres a possible buyer who is interested, this action will also allow DNAX shareholders to be bought out. But you must maintain investor status to receive the buyout price times your shares.
Think very hard before you panic, because once you give them away cheap, and realize why its done, you wont have those shares for the run that will take place on that distributors whopping deal. Some are trying to cause panic, in hopes you will sell early and they get them at a lower price, as most know these tend to climb quite a bit, and they want real hard to scare you out of your shares, so they can load up cheaper. Dont fall for it.

You guys assume that the picture was taken at the offices. for all you know that picture could have been taken at her home . Don't see a big deal here. Seems like some get ticked when the it seems the shoe may be on other foot IMO

Pretty odd post - you made this visit to the DNAX offices and you only have a photo of a hat - very bizarre.
