The share structure is acceptable IMO.
Shares Outstanding ao Aug 12, 2014: 163,773,384
OS Balance of Warrants Aug 12, 2014: 32,282,413
OS Balance of Options: Aug 12, 2014: 22,367,750
Fully Diluted shares: Aug 12, 2014: 218,423,547
Public Trading Float: Aug 12, 2014: 141,989,938
And as for the overhang of O's & W's goes they can be exercised, at several intervals between now & 2020 for O"s, and W's have a little more than a 2 year lifespan. Thats why an uplist to a higher Exchange is so important, as it will be much easier to flush them there over the coming years. I don't know if this is possible but once we trade on a higher exchange big investment funds are going to take a stake in PTI and perhaps they can buy some of the O's & W's directly. Would be great, so I'm gonna ask IR about that. Anyway, you also need to keep in mind that we absorbed close to 20 Mil O's & W's this year and we still trade above a buck, well most of the time
Next batch of W's is scheduled for Feb 2015 & with the progress we'll make + that this time frame also coincides with our first NRE revenue there will be enough interest in this stock to soak that up. Don't know if we will be trading on a higher exchange by then, but if we do there will be even more demand for stock...
